With that being said, trustdice will not respond here as they have taken the stance that this area is not worth commenting in. Not sure if that's their exact feeling but I feel like they're basically saying they are above accusations by not responding here.

As far as the multi account accusation goes, you think they just randomly flagged you? Something in their detection flagged you or they wouldn't have said you were a multi. Feel free to reach out in their main thread if you feel there is a mistake.

The TrustDice team was proven to be either incompetent or liars last year in a different situation involving sports betting. Because they didn't like the outcome of that situation, they cried about abuse and bullying, and decided they aren't going to discuss scam accusations with the Bitcointalk community anymore. So, if you want to get their attention, you will either have to request it through their ANN thread or contact their forum representative via PM.

If that doesn't help, I suggest getting in touch with a third party mediator, such as AskGamblers or Casino Guru. Since this is sports betting related, Casino Guru won't mediate such cases, but AskGamblers will take a look at it.

We have recently noticed a persistent and ongoing attempt to distort our announcement here . We would like to take this opportunity to draw your attention to a few crucial points.

As clearly stated above, the decision solely concerns the Scam Accusations board. We arrived at this decision due to the behaviors of certain individuals who appear to be particularly obsessed with us and are frequently active on that board. With that being said, we are still actively monitoring issues posted on other boards of this forum.

In fact, there was an issue we recently noticed on the Gambling board and had discussed with our CS team. Over the weekend we were unable to reply to the post. When we were about to reply to it today, we found that it had been moved to the Scam Accusations board. This means that we can no longer provide a reply, which we feel sorry to see.

The case I was referring to previously is this one: Trustdice.win , UPD: TRUSTDICE SCAM, 2138$ USDT confiscated. (SOLVED).
holydarkness, Poika5, and myself pointed out the faults in their logic after they claimed that the player who created the accusation took advantage of late betting strategies and submitted bets at higher odds than what should have been allowed. All this was proved not to be correct.

That's when they claimed that we were harassing them. They hoped they wouldn't have to pay the player who complained. After they did, they decided not to discuss scam accusations publicly on the forum. That way they have a greater chance to confiscate player winnings and not embarrass themselves publicly.

Btw, you won't be able to read the original replies from their forum representative in that thread. They edited most (if not all posts) to try and change their wrongdoings and present themselves as a victim. I think even with Ninjastic, it'll be hard to grasp the complete narrative, situation, and original posts by that... guy. He made an edit, of an edit, of an edit. LMAO, I [would like to] believe he meant no offense to Croatians. I tend to believe the message he tried to convey when he mentioned I am a Croatian is that he knew a lot about me, that "I know who you are, so don't try anything funny" thing, given I never posted on any local board to help anyone tell where I am from. I treasured my personal life so much and --thus-- I give my best to keep my nationality well guarded.

As there should be no way to identify what country I am from, by labelling me as Croatian, regardless where he inferred this from, he tried to convey a message that he knew who I am, that he knows a thing or two [or bunch] about my IRL life.

All things above said, I still would consider that this is a "fault" of an employee and shouldn't reflect on TD as a whole gambling platform. They, the company, just happened to make a mistake by entrusting the-marketing-guy-behind-this-post their account and act as their representative.

Wow... Would you rather not assume all these words? entailing and grooving with it only makes it unproportional... Or maybe his edited text meant something goofy to you - even much more than it'd mean to me.

I don't trust them, so the negative feedback will remain. You can see a screenshot in Poika5's thread where they mentioned they will try to investigate the reason why the player got banned and had their money confiscated. Imagine the unprofessionalism of this casino? They ban you, take your money, and stay silent hoping you won't say anything. And then if you complain and make some noise, they will start "investigating" to see what led to the ban.

what a tragedy! Boy was relentless in his efforts to convince everyone.... Hold on a second; why does it feel like almost all the casinos tend to use one impressive excuse/route - the rule 10 of a sub-section on the curaçao anti-money laundering regulation was bridged? A case is labeled collusion and a suspected fraudulent activity in rare cases, or am I being too invasive? What else could be the reason why an account was banned without putting the user on the know of what rule he's gone against? They didn't even know what he did? That's ri.. ridiculous!

Great, now lock this thread, as I have a feeling, with post above me [which, though not pointless, I actually am confused to whom it addressed and what's the point of it] will be the dawn of unnecessary posts that'll be out of this thread's main issue. One interesting thing to add before I take myself out from this thread, it's interesting that TD's official representative's last online activity was weeks ago, so I think they either have other account here or they read the forum without logging in.
