Well the hype is all depends on the investors .and no one knows when the hype will fade. If i were you took all the opportunity to gain while it still making promises and don't ever think to hold if you see some negative sign or something that can put you into risk situation. Too good to be true OP especially on alts.

Another reason for these newly launched tokens losing value is that they airdrop most of their supply, and as soon as users get their tokens, most of them sell them immediately because the price is usually up at the beginning after the listing and it starts dropping because people keep dumping their tokens and there are usually more sellers than buyers which is why the sellers keep reducing their asking price and that makes the price go down eventually.

I wouldn't recommend anyone investing money in these tokens because they usually don't have much credibility. Look at $HMSTR as an example. The token was trading above $0.014 after the listing, but it dropped significantly after that and now it's trading below $0.006 which is a huge drop.

So these tokens are not good for early investments, in my opinion.

I wouldn't say that before the TON itself would dump due to the craze ending, their team should bring along some big guns and use cases to stay afloat and get their users good conditions to use their eco and make better projects on it, not only T2E sector and all things related to it.
Only after that, the fact that TON is declining can be outright said a view, in my opinion.

And that's a personal indication for me that the trends are gradually fading off as more and more launched project can't help but keep rewarding their participants with dust. May be people that are really interested in making profit this bull run should just go buy and hold one or two of the old coins like ethereum or BNB or SOL wait for the bull run to eventually fall in place and you probably make some good profits than hanging on airdrops. Many projects will deliver only dust on the TON chain and in T2E sector as a whole, but with the right commitment to it, it's possible to get something out of them (especially with farms and proxies).
The trend and hype on the TON chain from T2E are slowly fading away, and I hope to see more projects with different use cases that would grab the torch and continue to keep the chain afloat on that "hype" train because it's beneficial to be on the ear of everybody in the crypto space.

Jesus Christ, I remember back in the day I got so many binance affiliate links, I saw them everywhere, and then other things too, meta stuff, nft stuff, game stuff, so many trends at all times. When telegram one stops, it's a great feeling and I finally can check telegram without worrying about 12 new messages from some people I know and some I do not know sending me a link or trying to convince me to give it a try because "it's free". I know it's free, it doesn't ask for my money, it asks for my time and effort, which is even more valuable than money.

You can get money, I could win lottery next week, who knows, or just simply work and earn like I always do, but my time will not come back, I am not going to waste my precious time on something so silly that I do not want to do if I can prevent it. I rather spend my time on something which will actually have impact on my life, and can make some money from as well or at least enjoy while doing whatever I do.

Like I play games on my pc when I get time, I earn nothing from this, and I have fun and I want to do that, not as if I am going to do this for free neither, I am losing money by buying a game, so basically a total loss but I enjoy this at least.

The TON ecosystem has been on a high run since the Notcoin launch. To be honest, I thought it would see some setbacks after some Telegram ‘tap to earn’ projects disappointed people, but it seems we are likely to see more upward momentum in the ecosystem because it’s now trending more than ever. Some say the idea of merging Web2 and Web3 plays a big role in maintaining that energy, but do you think the hype will soon die down, or are we likely going to see even more growth? Because, believe it or not, this team knows what they’re doing.

The potential is there for TON as long as there are projects that can utilize the potential. The idea of telegram games that make you money is something that could be great, it's literally a simple phone game, do a great design, have great additions, and you can literally make people addicts beyond crazy.

Mobile phone gaming is a 120 billion dollar a year market, I am not saying we can earn all of it, but imagine if one app would grow to be one of the most played in the world, it could earn billions. Look at what Angry Birds did, those guys made billions, and if any project could use TON and Telegram to earn even a billion dollars, and distribute that to players, they could build an ecosystem that would be insane to stop, and would earn more money than anything else in crypto.

The returns would make it so that people would not get much, but they would earn a lot to keep it afloat for many years. This would prevent the "what happens if millions join" problem of games, right now most games have trouble scaling, but if one game makes sure they earn money from ads or other stuff, they could make sure they earn enough to keep those millions satisfied. So the potential is there, it's just waiting for someone to take it to max.

This is true, games are things that you enjoy, and there are some games out there which you can enjoy a lot as well, and they are in crypto world as well so I think it is not going to be a terrible idea and we should be considering entertaining the idea of investing into games. What is easier with these games is that you are not going to really need much research, you never need to, in other tokens and coins you need a huge research, you need to make sure something is going great, and investing into them is harder.

With games, you ask yourself just one question "is this game fun to play?" if the answer is yes then you invest as much as you want, doesn't matter how much, it only should be correlated to how much fun you are having, and how much you are willing to invest to boost your fun, if it's 20 bucks then it's 20 bucks, if it's 20k then it's 20k, based on fun you have. Tons ecosystem have created a lot of Waves for itself in recent time, but the fact also is that majority of crypto investors have no confidence in ton tokens, and this is because of the Many crisis and pumped that have happened with most of the token that are developed on this network many of them have failed to sustain their market steem and majority of them just created some hypes and then fade away from the surface afterwards, this is not joke but realities and only those who made the mistakes of holding those tokens taking them to mean long term investment instead of just playing along with the market wave by selling during the hype and taking profits instead of waiting until the coin's get dumped on their face.

The only positive development with ton is in it network and even at that their have been lost of appetite from investors since not only network services alone could promote an ecosystem but also the tokens that are found within it and how their performed.

We can figure out when the hype is fading, it's exactly when the metric is at all time low, the peak of trend will show obvious sign like the metric reaching ATL but the reward can't keep up because dilution, eventually everything will come crashing down at some point.
just like what happened to current TON and SUI, the trend starting to fade, maybe because bitcoin's recent retracement that could play a huge role but I believe majority of people already got so bored of these tap-tap games they just ignore it and continue with their lives.
