I am absolutely saddened by the news. All I can hope is that he and his loved ones are safe. I haven't watched Aljazeera news in the past few days, so I have definitely not been well-informed. It's such a tragedy, especially after the same country underwent some protests recently.

Yes, I also hope that LM and his family is safe because that's all matter for us not the debates that are taking place in this thread. I hope all those members who are putting political elements in this thread should read this comment and stop using any words or continue discussions that aren't related to Little Mouse. This thread is mostly dedicated to him and it should be free from all political elements.

I just can't imagine why there are still people who are still fighting about political and sh*t. I mean it's a reputable person that we're talking here, and that kind of conversation doesn't help the current situation Little Mouse "MIGHT" be facing at all. Whatever the reason is, let's just hope not only for Little Mouse, but all people that are affected by this flood that they're safe as of this moment. In a few days time, I believe that he will make a way to contact anybody whom he knows or he might make a post here telling to us his current situation. I don't know him personally or have any contact with him, but having some empathy towards another human sometimes is good. I hope he's ok or else, I will be the remaining "Mouse" left here.

Last night I watched Avengers: Infinity War
Thinking about all the suffering to come, and the idea of half the people in the world dying a painless death so the other half could wake up happy with full bellies is an interesting experiment but obviously fantasy.

You mean millions - in a million years to come? Modern evolutionary theory says the same thing though... It's the sad reality we live in. Truth is, everyone has a story to tell and whatever it is, flood, adversity, thunder storm, drought, typhoon..it deals with people in that region evenly.
I'm sorry about the man - it's pathetic that nobody is able to reach out to him.

LM was a professional bitcoin user.  It's very possible he has lost his access to this forum due to loss of a password manager, for example.     I'm sure he'll be able to convince the powers that be about his identity, even as they are very wary of impersonation.

Considering floods could affect infrastructure that then could lead to electricity outage, internet outage etc and depending on how accessible these places could be to repair the damage to get back on track...this might take a week to several weeks depending on availability of replacements... just hope Little Mouse is all good wherever he is..

If he was caught up by the floods, that's one possibility if mobile device or PC needed to be replaced then comes the data recovery, mobile number replacement etc

Thanks everyone for your kind words. I am still trying to reach out to LM. I don't know how he is in his situation because I cannot find the exact location where he lives. A district is not a small area. All I know is his District name and his mobile number. I discovered his Real name using his mobile number, which is impossible to share.

I am contacting the authorities and trying to find out some information. If I can successfully collect any information, I will share it in detail.

My sincere condolences to the people of Bangladesh. The elements always do not warn us about their strength and power, and even knowing that one day something can happen, we remain weak in front of them. I can only wish that @Little Mouse is well and that he just doesn't have access to his mobile phone and the internet, which is quite logical considering the scale of the disaster that hit the part of the country where he lives. In such situations, the only important thing is to save the life of yourself and your family, and I think he is doing that at this moment.

You don't really know what is happening there, especially the political tension and Bangladesh's president seeks INdia's help to control the chaotic situation which started Anti Indian waves among Bangladesh for the past few weeks and now this natural calamity strikes and their Media outlet trying to take advantage of this.

Here is a report from Al Jazeera states climate change affected both countries: Hundreds of thousands stranded as floods hit India and Bangladesh

There are multiple Landslides all over India due to unexpected heavy rain, and Bangladesh is not very far from having the similar climate changes.

I don't want to make this into a political debate further, hope everyone will be safe.

I am guessing that the OP won't even reply when real facts are in place. This is so bad that India is getting blamed for something which India never did and what is worst here is that this guy is getting merits because he came up with a sympathetic thread about someone who is not connected to the world. I remember that another named John Abraham was doing something similar.
