Hello, thank you for bringing this to my attention.
I have forwarded your complaint and brought this to higher ups to perform an investigation on your case.

This reply is from RoobetHowie

"Hello, the following account provided has been locked due to a Violation of our ToS, specifically
owning or managing multiple accounts with logged records of coin mixing.
If a deposit was made with a different address than the one provided in the withdrawal, security flags account for coin mixing.
That is why the account was locked, sadly due to this ToS violation I am not able to return the funds.
Roobet is a casino, not a bank. We can't provide a refund because the funds are not entirely yours, it's the casino's.
As per ToS Violation rules; Funds have been confiscated and deducted from the locked account."

Hopefully this helps!

Thank you for your response. Finally, someone tried to help me. I really appreciate it.
I understand that they closed my account and won't reopen it, but the money in my affiliate account is mine. I saw a similar issue with AskGumblers, and they gave him the money in his affiliate account but kept his account closed. So why doesn't Roobet treat me the same way and give me the my affiliate money I worked so hard to earn?!
Is this racism between players?
I think Roobet always claims to be the fairest casino, but they don't treat everyone with this principle.

Please see this complaint, it is similar to my problem and you will find Roobet casino response that they returned his money as a one time courtesy gesture

If this is the stance Roobet have taken, the OP cannot really take this further except to appoint legal expert to start court proceedings because Roobet have stated their position. Having said that, I think we all probably agree the chances of Roobet scamming someone for $3000 is zero. Maybe there is more to this matter than meets the eye and the OP has not fully elaborated.

OP's account [as previously brushed on other page] was suspected to spread malware that prompt them to lock for investigation, back in 2022. Apparently, that investigation was not conclusive and someone probably accidentally opened OP's account, not knowing that an investigation was instructed to be done to the account, and effectively [since the account is opened and all would probably assume there is nothing wrong and/or the investigation is done] made the investigation inconclusive.

All of those "maybe"s and "probably"s on above paragraph said, the bottomline of my recent communication with Roobet is that OP's account is locked for criminal investigation and that OP has full knowledge about this. I personally think this is the end of the case. There is not much we can do or inquire due to the nature of the investigation. I believe they will update us once the investigation completed and they found nothing wrong with OP's account.

Bro, I have written everything about my problem with Roobet casino , and I am not asking to reopen my account. I am trying to get back my affiliate money, it is my right.
I have already hired a lawyer to file a lawsuit against Roobet casino in Curaçao. I am also trying to contact curacao gaming control board to try to find a solution to my problem and get my affiliate money back.
Thanks

I know the situation is surrounding the affiliate fees and I certainly hope you manage to get the full payment. Hiring a lawyer and putting yourself through a painful elongated process demonstrates your determination to force them to give you the $3000. They should explain why they made a payment to the other case but not yours.
