It would be good for newbies and many people on this forum that are not even newbies to read the terms of service of the gambling site that they are using. Having more than one account is against the ToS of all or most of the gambling sites.

I started to think now why people think about having more than one account on the same site, whether it is out of necessity or if they believe that they can somehow obtain an advantage, and so I was able to highlight the following points:

• To start over on the site, believing that the current account is "unlucky" and with a new one they can "reset their luck";
• To use a bonus or first deposit promotion again;
• Because their account was blocked or limited;
• Login errors or forgotten password;
• Operating on behalf of other people;

Certainly, none of these reasons justify creating another account, as the user will be, in some way, obtaining an illicit advantage, trying to circumvent a block by the site or simply looking for the "easiest way" to solve a problem instead of seeking help on the site itself.

I am always very careful with multiple accounts and I even avoid playing on public networks or at friends' houses, so as not to run the risk of being blocked by mistake.

Thank you for this advice, it's certainly valid. But at the same time, don't you think the style of the casino is partial? They will let you do whatever you want to do when you are losing but will block your account if the table turns in your favour, that's selfish. If they are true to their ToS why not block the account immediately upon detecting that the user has multiple accounts?

Talking about multiple accounts, many do not know it's an offence, and just like you, I'd been guilty of this but it was with a more responsible company, so they let it go. As much as I do not argue in favour of the customer, I think casinos should advise instead of blocking the account selfishly. Anyone may be guilty of the multiple accounts but are they playing in such a way that cheats? That is the question they should ask. By studying their account activities, they would easily know those who opened the account with the intention of cheating and those who are just ignorant about it.

A responsible company will advise you and warn you when you go wrong, even with the ToS, but they have every right to block the account after issuing the first warning. But certainly, casinos will not do that especially if you have money in the account just to gain it additional. Also, my intuition tells me that some casinos are using multiple accounts to cheap customers too without the customer having multiple accounts, it's just an excuse. The IP clash is another issue, it's so unfortunate that most casinos can't investigate further.

I also ask the same question on many gamblers that why do they have to open more than one account on a gambling platform, its more better to make a decision for doing this to several platforms than when we have only one in consideration, at least its not bad if we can select up to three gambling platforms instead of having three different accounts on the same platform, if we are to be in their own shoe as well, what could have come our mind for seeing such a behavior from gamblers.

I also do the same thing, just like what they did. As gamblers, we already know the consequences of breaking that rule. If it is stated that they never allow multiple accounts, then we don't have a reason to create more than one, as it already breaks the rule. That is why we don't need to argue and insist on being right because we also don't care about reading their rules in the first place. They are implementing rules and systems for the gamblers to follow, but unfortunately, the majority fail and never see it as valuable.
There are a lot of casinos out there. Why not create other sites instead of having multiple accounts on one site? I believe they all have the same games, bonuses, and fees as well.

I like the initiative and it's about time we became proactive and not reactive when found in the wrong! So many complaints of withheld withdraws and bookies or casino claiming you are connected to xyz account is the cheapest way to lose money especially when you know a platform is licensed and requests KYC from its player's.

If one prefers to jump onto another account for whatever reason, try telegram gambling or these platforms that just require you interact with some smart contract and you are logged in...these will have less issues of KYC and the alike.

Often when you register you are given very high bonuses. So in the past match betting was done to scrape off these bonuses. Obviously casinos don't give away money and so if they catch you with a multi account they will ban you, since you would get the bonuses twice. I don't know if you understand what I mean.

If the ToS has been banned, then the use of multiple accounts with the same person is prohibited, but will it be detected easily when someone creates a double account with another device and another identity?

It won't be easy to detect, but as long as it's still within reasonable limits, I don't think it will be too annoying.
Those who create multiple accounts expect a larger percentage of profits, so there will be many opportunities and a sign-up bonus will always be obtained.

Some few people that usually complain for account restriction much had caused it their self because they didn't read terms and policy and they violated it without knowing. It's good to read TOs.

Some people will read the ToS but they just want to play smart. Some of them will prefer to use another account to claim more deposit bonus. some people will only do that to refer their alts in order to earn more money from affiliation. Some people will do that to be able to make certain rounds of some games or matches favour them.

You are right mate, I have actually seen some gamblers that love to create multiple account and use it to claim a casino bonus multiple times from a casino, they are  actually the kind of people you are referring to, they tend to play smart and when they get a punishment from the casino, they will start acting innocent when they are not.

By default, the terms on casino sign up pages are always long and they look like tldr and because of that, many people including me are guilty of not reading those terms but I do that in such casino that has reputation established for many years before I can accept and sign up with such casino and since I know the basic rules, I make sure I don't play foul.

What makes players reluctant to read the casino's terms and conditions is because it is a long text, boring and is also considered unimportant because it covers many things, even though there are things that can determine our financial future, actually players should be willing to take the time to read it and also players can actually asking the support agent about what we doubt or also just reading things that players consider important, such as provisions on deposit withdrawals, prohibited areas and also the use of VPN because the things I mentioned are often one of the reasons casinos accuse players of cheating and hold players money.

Its recommended that you should really be that reading up sites terms and conditions on which we do know that this is something that you would really be needing up to consider so that you would really be that avoiding potential issues or problems in regarding about violating sites or platforms regulation. You should post link about those cases, because they rarely share proofs or say it directly. So I think many times, it's not true. They know the customer wrongly accused will never be able to prove he doesn't use or has never opened another account. He could have done it at home of someone else and only play from there with this account after all. So if they don't share their clues, the user won't be able to defend himself and they never do it.

if this happens you can try and find a mediator and invite the casino representative and verify the evidence they have of you being connected to another account. you can also try filing a report against the casino to their license provider.

yeah, it'll be in their best interest to read online casino's Terms and Conditions if they don't want to face trouble for doing something without knowing that it is prohibited on the gambling site and potentially losing money that is on their account.

There are plenty of reasons that could either be mistaken or something else that could lead to someone having a double account in a casino even knowing that the casino is against it.
 
Let's take, for example, the casinos that allow the sign-up and sign-up to their website using the Google account option, which I have mistakenly used a different email account to login to a casino, which automatically creates a new account for me.
 
I made a few bets there and left it there until I was going through my mail box and realised what I had done. If I had won that day, which resulted in the casino investigation of my account, I could have been caught, and there could have been no excuse to justify such a mistake.

Sometimes when you’re sharing the same IP, like if you have family members gambling on the same site, that could also be flagged as multiple accounts, even if they’re under different names. It’s really hard to justify, as it happened to me before, and no matter how good my explanation was, the casino was firm in their decision to close my account.

Prevention is the best solution for handling that potential problem. Imagine winning a big amount, only to have your withdrawal blocked because they found that multiple accounts were created using the same IP as yours. How would you justify that? Well, i don't see the casino blocking your account when you lose big money as an excuse, cause the fault is from you, you fail to follow their Tos and they have the right to block your account when you don't keep to their terms and conditions. I know that sometimes reading those Tos could be very boring and stressful but it's good for customers to take their time and go through them especially with things that involves money, cause most companies would want to take advantage of your mistakes without any pardon or warning and they'll mostly do that when you win huge amount of money, to them they see it like benefiting from their company without obeying their rules and regulations but when a customer don't win, they see no reason to block the account since you're not benefiting anything from them. The most important thing for any gambler to note is to avoid issues that would lead to ugly situations with a gambling site or casino in future or near future and going through the Tos is enough aid to avoiding those issues.

Someone with multiple accounts can easily abuse bonuses and promotions provided by a casino by joining with all their accounts. It might not be illegal but it's unethical and it's against the rules, so it isn't allowed and it shouldn't be allowed. Hence, having multiple accounts should be a reason for a casino to ban a user.

I know the feeling, bro. Multi accounting can really mess things up, especially for those casinos that give rewards to the referrer based on how much you gamble. It's true, it can give an unfair advantage and mess with the house edge. But yeah, it does seem a bit two-faced for casinos to enforce this rule just when someone hits a big win. They should at least try to come to a fair agreement instead of just shutting down the account.

It's fair enough to say that a casino shouldn't allow it in the first place and the accounts should be blocked immediately when the gambler creates two or multiple accounts, but why does a gambler have multiple accounts in the first place? If you have multiple accounts, and you hit a big win with one of them, and then the casino investigates and finds out what you have been doing, they have all the rights to ban you or confiscate the funds.
