Although we have KYC feature built inside Basepoker.com, our KYC system has to do with blocking freeroll abusers. We want to stay NO KYC poker site as long as we can.

I never said that i wouldn't understand why you want to keep it there, but i am not sure how your reply defends the "NO KYC" sign, because it sounds like it should say "NO KYC UNTILL WE NEED TO LEGALLY ASK FOR IT". Which basically means no kyc for some people yet.

It's still misleading advertising. Many casinos still have non-kyc gamblers, but they don't advertise themselves with NO KYC sign. Or don't you see how misleading that is?

You can currently play poker without KYC at Basepoker.com. That's it. I don't know any poker site where I can play poker without KYC.
You may not be happy with our T&S and you're entitled to think we're misleading.

But I'm quite happy that there is one poker site left that doesn't force KYC. Non-KYC poker experience is what I love to provide to our players.

I see it as a red Flag, that every time where places openly advertise "NO KYC REQUIRED", like in your case, then all i need to do is look at the terms and conditions to see if that's true.

And it never is, because of the regulations.

This next question is not just for you, but since you are part of these casinos that are going with misleading advertising, like so many others, why do you bother to do it? Is misleading advertising worth it?

Honestly, I’m not yet a regular player of poker games, though I did get to play twice just recently in an online poker game (I won’t mention the name).
I’m also not that aware if most online poker platforms require KYC for their players.

Because here on your platform, it’s said to be non-KYC according to your statement—which, if true, would definitely attract a lot of poker gamers
to play here given the kind of system you have so far.

5.When a hand goes to showdown, it's not possible to see the opponent's hand. This will probably be resolved with the upcoming hand replayer.

6. The cards could be a little bit larger (community and hole cards).

What did you see in the note-taking system?

The position where you want to write something jumps sometimes randomly in the middle of a sentence.
And if you type a number it kills the space before the number. For example:
"BU or 4x with AKo" in basepoker:
"BU or4x with AKo"

2. Note-taking will improve. We designed it wrong. You'll be able to click a player profile to color/note.
3. Customized bet sizing is coming!
4. If i may ask you..why is comma needed? I'm not sure if I understand you correctly.
5. Each poker site varies on showdown card reveal, but noted. We're still debating on this issue.
6. Cards and profiles will be larger. It's very small especially for multi-tabling. We'll fix this soon!

First, let me say a warm welcome to this forum since this is my first time coming across this thread and I also see that the site is a new one perhaps..
You have a very good site and that I commend you guys for, I am not yet a poker player but I am an occupational gambler and learning how to play poker has been one schedule on my to-do list, just haven't had the time yet to begin the lesson but honestly, I will soon and I did be happy to try this casino out then..

Speaking of kyc, it is absolutely wrong for a casino where kyc is present to be advertising itself as a no-kyc casino, absolutely wrong and misleading and moves like this can dent the image and reputation of that casino, most especially when the casino is one that is just starting and still trying to find its footing in the gambling industry..
This might be a supposed good marketing strategy but being sincere with your potential clients pays more in the long run, o48o is absolutely right in what he said and I hope you guys make the needed adjustments.

I saw these emails when it was too late, unfortunately. I can see that you have managed to enroll almost 300 players (which is a good number for a non freeroll tourney).
Any chance that you will be adding progressive bounty hunter tourneys in your platform? Correct me if I am wrong but as of now your platform does not support K.O. bounties right?

We already talked on tele and every time I suggested to organize one community event (exclusive to BTT/ATT with some barrier to entry). These freerolls where passwords are publicly posted are so easy to cheat with multi accounting. Not only that you have to match the prizes also which are currently offered by various other brands here. We are seeing some serious growth here in terms of FTDs.
With these events serious players will try your platform, rest is up to your platform and player's experiences.
