And you forgot that some casinos even change/update their terms and conditions at will just to suit them in every and any situation the find themself, easily a gambler specially if the gambler wasn't so sure of what information was said in the other version of the teams and condition, or didn't take any thing as a proof.

The last part of your comment is one that I completely agree with, most casino, and I mean legitimate casinos won't allow withdrawal of large fund without the customer first undergoing a kyc verification, and in this case, what is most important just as you have mentioned, is for op to make sure that what ever casino he chooses, players from Dutch are fully accepted, this is to ensure that op will be able to pass verification and get his money out just incase he encounters a casino that claim to be non-kyc but later turn around to ask for one.

I guess with that amount of money, casinos are going to go for a mandatory KYC, unfortunately.

Second, before going to deposit or play on any casinos, read their ToS specially the restricted country, just to make sure that everything is set up. Or you can even talk to the support first and tell them how much money you are willing to play and whenever you will go to KYC (again, I reckon they will because they will have to follow regulatory bodies for KYC/AML law).
