I’m from Nigeria, I did check the FAFT list when I was unable to access your site and I found that it was among those in the “grey list”.



This casino is missing a lot of potential customers since Nigeria and Philippines are known for having a lot of gamblers. It’s unusual to see online casino that restricts our region since it only means that has a small scope for their legal operations.

I hope they can update their list, at least add Nigeria and Philippines asap if they want to compete with other casino.


Also why the name of this casino is “Dake”? I don’t think any connection of this name to gambling or crypto except for resemblance to Drake.

I saw that they replied to my post and they mentioned that due to recent updates, they'll be able to allow gamblers from the Philippines to play in their casino. that being said, I am not sure if the new updates would also allow gamblers from Nigeria to be able to play in their casino, but perhaps they'll be able to cater to Nigerian gamblers soon.

I created an account on dake.gg and immediately after completing the registration, I received an offer to fill out a survey an get free spins on one of their in-house games. I answered the questions although they weren’t in english but I didn’t receive the reward!

That’s why I question the comment from @Mate2237, because rules apply to everyone with no exceptions. If a regulated casino is found to be serving gamblers from the restricted list, they could face penalties, or worse, a revocation of their license. At this point, if we are really desperate to play, the best solution might be to use a VPN, although that also comes with its own risks.

At the casino, the list of restricted countries does not change, but it is updated according to changes in the FATF list, which our licensees are obliged to refer to. Changes to this list depend on a country's activities, and a country can either get on or off the list.

Simply put, FATF is an anti-money laundering organization, and if a problem arises with a country, it can easily get on this list. Of course, such changes do not happen every day, but if they do, we will be obliged to react to them.

Again, this is an approximate situation. Everything will be considered individually. As far as terminating sessions and games, by that we mean that the user will leave the active session and will not be able to continue playing. At the user's request, we will be able to terminate incomplete games.

@dake.gg since you actively changing restricted country maybe you can create a records for your update on when do you put specific country on your restricted list an vice versa.

There’s an instances here that players claim that they play when their country is not yet listed on country restrictions while the casino claim that the player country was restricted during the registration process that resulted to confiscation of his winnings. This will both players and operators on issue like this in the future.

@dake.gg since you actively changing restricted country maybe you can create a records for your update on when do you put specific country on your restricted list an vice versa.

There’s an instances here that players claim that they play when their country is not yet listed on country restrictions while the casino claim that the player country was restricted during the registration process that resulted to confiscation of his winnings. This will both players and operators on issue like this in the future.

There seems to be a misunderstanding. We were not talking about frequent or “active” changes to the list of restricted countries. As mentioned above, such changes are extremely rare and depend on updates provided by FATF and our licensee. We do not initiate changes to the list of countries on our own, but follow established rules and regulations.

What did you mean by “creating a record for your update on when you place a particular country on your list and vice versa”? If you are proposing to create a public archive of changes where you can track when countries are added or removed from the list, this is certainly an interesting idea. We are willing to consider such a possibility to increase transparency and convenience for our users.

We strive to be as open as possible and always notify our players of any changes that may affect them.

Simply put, people just want to make sure that any changes that occur to the casino are known to all its customers. However, what is clear is that some users may find it easier to skip your previous explanation, but if this continues to happen then you also have the right to reference the post without having to provide additional explanation.

If you consider transparency for any changes to the ToS including restricted countries, then that is good for your customers. You can notify them by making an announcement in this ANN thread, but you can also notify them via email.

I don’t see Bangladesh on the list of countries that are restricted - according to the op, if you find that you are unable to register despite not being in a restricted country then you should send a message to their email address and let the team know about it so that it would be fixed.

As for them opening the access to all countries I don’t think that will be possible because they have a license and since the license is currently restricted them from providing their services to those  countries they’ll just have to wait till the casino decides to purchase a different a different license or upgrade to a different one we just have to wait till then.

First of all, welcome to Bitcointalk. I checked your website and what I noticed different from other websites is your VIP program. As I see, I can become VIP Bronze by making a 10K turnover amount. Can you clarify what that means exactly? Do I have to wager 10K to achieve the VIP Bronze level? If yes, then it's easy and nice.
