This casino is missing a lot of potential customers since Nigeria and Philippines are known for having a lot of gamblers. It’s unusual to see online casino that restricts our region since it only means that has a small scope for their legal operations.

So the issue is that the withdrawal process is not working properly (stuck) and you lost your patience then you decided to play and lost all your balance?

By the way, I dont think you need to withdraw your participation from the contest because you have good multiplier (biggest one so far).

The company has problem with withdrawal processing for users and they need to check, then improve it.

However, you gambled irresponsibly, at least this time you did, so there are potentially two endings: lose all (like you actually lost) or win more. IF the second scenario is the case, you will continue to gamble and if you are lucky enough to submit a withdrawal and get it approved quickly, you will feel happy.
