I want to try to play the The Dog House by Pragmatic Play but I can't proceed.

I thought Dake Bits already updated the list of supported countries. Or this issue is coming from Pragmatic Play?
It seems all games under Pragmatic Play is showing this error page from my side.



It seems you are new on playing Pragmatic. This provider itself restrict our country(PH) to play their game on most of the crypto casino in the forum. I often use VPN just to access this game.

Looks like it since game providers also have their own prohibited country list. Try games from other providers.

When I signed up to dake.gg using the link that came from here in bitcointalk and it took me in the spin wheel (see picture) I won I think some free spins but after I successfully signed up and verified, then I deposited USDT and started to play slots, I didn't saw any free spins that came from the spin wheel before I signed up.

I experienced the same thing that happened to Coin_Trader. I requested withdrawal three times, but it wasn't working. I tried to withdraw with lower amount and it processed but it takes so much time. I don’t know the reason why. So I tried contacting support, but no one replied. There’s a note in chat support, 'We typically reply within 5 hours.' So, I also canceled my withdrawal and after that, it was gone. I lost all my balance in slots and blackjack. I can’t blame the casino; I was just being impatient. Well now hoping that I'll win 2nd place in the contest at least I can recover my deposits.

Seems that there are still many things to be fixed by dake.gg especially about this withdrawal issue as well as the bonus system.
At least these 2 things are reported by some users already which means that the issue happened maybe to most users or even to all players.
Perhaps they need to hold a review bounty (better to be exclusive offer only) that can be done by experienced reviewer or experienced gamblers and maybe they can find more glitches on the site so the dev can fix it as soon as possible.

I experienced the same thing that happened to Coin_Trader. I requested withdrawal three times, but it wasn't working. I tried to withdraw with lower amount and it processed but it takes so much time. I don’t know the reason why. So I tried contacting support, but no one replied. There’s a note in chat support, 'We typically reply within 5 hours.' So, I also canceled my withdrawal and after that, it was gone. I lost all my balance in slots and blackjack. I can’t blame the casino; I was just being impatient. Seems that there are still many things to be fixed by dake.gg especially about this withdrawal issue as well as the bonus system.
At least these 2 things are reported by some users already which means that the issue happened maybe to most users or even to all players.

Try different browser or do hard reset on it. Some Filipino user above manage to register on the casino too.

I had an unpleasant problem at another casino before, where I sent an email to their support but the response was always slow. Resolving the problem took days, certainly not a good experience. Supposedly, if the withdrawal amount is small, then the customer support team can resolve it as quickly as possible by notifying other teams handling the problem. Isn't that better, what do you think?

I would say that at least expect some delays on their part, as they admit that they are using a third-party services to process everything on their end and they don't have control over it. They supply a email though if there are problems from us here and maybe we can tell that we are from this community and maybe they could prioritized things.

Or they could tell the third party handling withdrawals to at least assign importance users from Bitcointalk.

They should at least take care of that issue since this is usually the main concern of people and everyone want to experience fast especially when dealing with their withdrawal request. If they let this issue continue to happen then maybe might disappoint a lot of gamblers since lots of casino here offer instant withdrawal to their platforms and this issue might be an disadvantage with Dake.
