Hopefully after each time of problem, and your team make a call to your partnered company, they will sort it out quickly and do their best to prevent similar issues in future, or at least reduce intensity of problem appearances. By this, they at least show actual efforts to fix problems.

There is no infomation yet on these channels since the server is very much in early stages from what I can see. But hopefully, we'll get it soon along with new members. A couple of suggestion from me would be to advise players to turn off their DMs during onboarding because scammers are pretty rampant.
