I had an unpleasant problem at another casino before, where I sent an email to their support but the response was always slow. Resolving the problem took days, certainly not a good experience. Supposedly, if the withdrawal amount is small, then the customer support team can resolve it as quickly as possible by notifying other teams handling the problem. Isn't that better, what do you think?

They should at least take care of that issue since this is usually the main concern of people and everyone want to experience fast especially when dealing with their withdrawal request. If they let this issue continue to happen then maybe might disappoint a lot of gamblers since lots of casino here offer instant withdrawal to their platforms and this issue might be an disadvantage with Dake.

I have a good impression with dake.gg. I deposit some money but I made a mistake in deposit. I though the minimum amount is about $10 because I miss checking the minimum amount so I only send $10 but then, I see that my money is not credited because it is lower than the minimum amount. Then, I chat with Nika asking about that but she can not solved my problem. So I decide to send again some money which is ~$19.

I use that ~$19 to playing slot game because I want to join in the slot contest from dake.gg and I am not get much luck like others. But that will be fine for me as that is a gambling.

If problems are from your internal resource, it is more easier to handle internally but if your company hire a third party company for a service such as payment processor, you will have to wait for their response and sometimes issues will occur again.

Hopefully after each time of problem, and your team make a call to your partnered company, they will sort it out quickly and do their best to prevent similar issues in future, or at least reduce intensity of problem appearances. By this, they at least show actual efforts to fix problems.

From your business side, let note that withdrawal is one of most important service feature as when it does not work quickly, as it's supposed to be, users will panic and in panic mode, they can make a lot of noise that damages your business reputation. Prevention with good platform, service and features is key to avoid reputation damage.

However, in the near future, with the platform upgrade, we plan to implement our own payment processing system without using third-party services. Yeah right! Dake.gg forum support is so quick to solve everything once the issue was already handled by him.

I'm interested to know if you won using your 10$ bonus given by them? I want to deposit more to hunt more multiplier but I'm just hesitant to play without any assurance that withdrawal is already fixed.
I prefer to choose the forum support than from the website support because sometimes we should waits for more until the agents come to us. There is no infomation yet on these channels since the server is very much in early stages from what I can see. But hopefully, we'll get it soon along with new members. A couple of suggestion from me would be to advise players to turn off their DMs during onboarding because scammers are pretty rampant. Second would be to setup a level system which people can progress by chatting and perhaps setup some perks for them.
