Perhaps they have a single person who handles their brand representative account here, and to be more active here they will need to assign at least one more staff for community communciation to build up bond between the company and the community.

It doesn't need to be the OP account, that is a brand account, but they can create a new account for like marketing or community management only. Some casinos do the same, and they can use the OP account for tagging the marketing account, to avoid confusion as well as impersonative accounts from scammers.

I agree with you that being actively interactive with community will be better for their brand.

I just checked, and the issue still persists. I even tried opening the website from two different mobile devices with different IP addresses. On the first device, I can't get past the welcome page no matter how many times I refresh it, and on the second device, the website takes too long to fully load. I have a good and stable internet connection and have no problems accessing other casinos or websites!

I will also add that they need someone who understands the audience, gives them what they want and who can keep the channels updated and related with content that will want people to visit their various channels.

To be honest, I'm still really surprised that 10 comments still haven't been reached, stocked with 9 for more than 24 hrs now. If the context was something like reply with "Word A" and tag a certain number of friends , I believe that could have also brought an audience to the channel.
