he is very active and also has a good reputation on the forum, so choosing him as an escrow you will not make a mistake.

I can see you're a bit active on the currency exchange board. So if you're planning to use an escrow for dealing with PayPal, or any other reversible payment method, you should keep in mind that not many escrows would be willing to do that. Sure, it's helpful if you and the other party cannot decide who should go first, but other than that, there will always be a risk of chargeback.

Aside from Royse and Little Mouse, if OP is still looking for some other suggestions. I also suggest SFR10, he's a good guy and trusted in our community too. Anyway, OP has got a lot of good options out there and it only takes a few message for him to take this deal unless it's about  reversible transaction from PP just as said by OSS. There's also risk for the escrow on that end because disputes are possible to contest from these centralized platforms.
