I left a review on trustpilot and read the reviews of other users, they were also deceived and my money was stolen.Simply closing the account without even returning the deposits to the players.A SCAM PROJECT.

They're complete scammers.A normal casino should return the deposit to the player, and not steal money into his pocket.There are a lot of such stories when they simply close their account and keep other people's money for themselves.They don't even return deposits, let alone profits.

Hello everyone, it's been 6 months.My account was simply deleted from the database - the consultant said there was no such account in the system (Ahahah), they had a licensee, sent a complaint to him and to trustpilot, a representative appeared there.

They won't be able to deceive me just like that, because I recorded on video the full history of bets and operations on the account))And provided the recording to the licensee.

What is the name of the Licensee you wrote to?
I guess that would be the only other option. The casino is so rogue that at one point I thought they didn't even have any license. They would just scam users with impunity.

I forgot what license they have, perhaps try submitting your claim here https://sbgok.org/, I remember this being posted on their ANN thread a while ago, and then recently someone posted that website on this board(How to file a claim against casinos in Curacao.). Just a note, that the website I shared seems to focus on issues with casinos that have a Curacao license.

I doubt if they have a Curacao license. Their scam is way too elaborate to go unchecked.

My account was closed on 12.09.24.
The last 2 bets were #54042638583 in the amount of 5588.94 trx,winning 7321,trx.
and #54042787441 for the amount of 271.5 trx.
My account balance is at least 7321 trx!After that, I couldn't bet, and I was kicked out of my account.
The total amount of deposits is 18362 trx, 7321 trx in the account!Give me back my money, or all my deposits!Rather than disown with a single pin (WHICH WAS BEFORE THE 379TRX LOCK)

I am confused. What was the point of their reply to you? Would you mind sharing a screenshot of their reply to at least get a clearer picture of what their support said? Just to be clear, I am not asking because there is a chance of it getting resolved, I am curious what exactly they say(in short, I am just being nosy).

The replied to probably keep up appearances and make it look like they are not scammers or never scammed anything or even making people think that their customer support cares a lot.

Sharing links is ok in this forum, so long as they are not malicious links (they don't contain malware). Yes, they are very shameless. I am very familiar with the way the responded to you because so many people have complained about the same.

Another thing about them is that they invested a lot of time in creating so many fake postive review on Trustpilot while trying to have the negative reviews deleted
