1xbit SCAM 18000 TRX (2750 USDT)

1xbit are brazen scammers.
I registered on 2.09.2024.
I made about 20 deposits.The total amount of deposits is 18000 tron (trx) ~2750 USDT.
Today I won 7000 tron (trx) and my access was restricted.I can't log in to my account.
The security service replied to my email - your account is closed and they did not even return my deposits to me.The account has a negative balance of 18,000 tron (trx), but they didn't even give me the 7000 tron (trx) that I won.
Here is their response "Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions.".This is a brazen scam, I deposited 18,000 tron(trx), and they didn't even give me the 7,000 that I won.They just closed the account.I will provide the evidence below.

1xbit is not a reputable gambling site on this forum. We highly encourage people to stay away from the site. They said you violated the terms of service but you were not told what you did.

You can make use of askgamblers or casinoguru for the complaints.

But hope you did nothing wrong like making use of two or more accounts, trying arbitrage betting or accessing the site from a restricted country?

I played fair, I have one account.They just closed my account without any evidence.

1Xbit don't have any good reputation here in this forum, and your chance of getting any reply from them is very slim. There are a lot of opening accusations against them, and none have any positive progress that I know of. Try the option suggested to you above.

1Xbit don't have any good reputation here in this forum, and your chance of getting any reply from them is very slim. There are a lot of opening accusations against them, and none have any positive progress that I know of. Try the option suggested to you above.

It’s been long since I last saw the name “1xbit.com” pop up on the scam accusation board - there are known for their shady activities and the worse past of it is that they actually don’t really care about their reputation.

If you were dealing with a different casino - one that doesn’t joke with their reputation and takes their customers seriously then the community would have been able to help you talk to the representatives and see what actually happened and if it’s something that can be resolved or not but since this one (1xbit) don’t give a damn about what goes on here I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you.

You could go to other mediator site like casinoguru.

Pretty sure it won't matter what mediator site you try, 1xbit is a scam site and will not refund or pay you. They have had a bad reputation in the crypto space for a few years now which is why their account here is painted red along with all accounts associated with them.

I would suggest in the future that you do a little more research before depositing on a site.

1xbit is already a known scam casinos I you should have known by now, because their mode of scamming is so glaring that even a newbie in gambling should already spot them and be cautious about the sites.


We have a long page's of complaints both at scam section and even on their ANN thread but yet their did nothing about it and beat they chest to accept that their are known scam and selectively scamming their players.

I saw your post on their official announcement, though they don't have any active representatives here. As I replied to you there, you aren't going to get back the funds. My question is, why haven't you searched on Google before playing there? You created a forum account after you got scammed, but you guys are too lazy to search before gambling and choosing a platform. Creating threads now is just useless; if you ask us before gambling there by creating threads, then we can prevent you from gambling there. However, take a lesson from this mistake and ask about any platform before you start gambling. So other forum members who are related to the gambling would help you to choose a better platform.

as others already mentioned, 1xbit does not have a good reputation here in the forum and sadly you won't get a response from them here in the forum so your best bet is either askgamblers or casino.guru or you can also write a complaint to their license provider, I don't know if complaining to their license provider will do anything but it doesn't hurt to try.

OP i only have one advise for you here, seems you're just having their encounter for the first time, but in case of next time, ensure that you make research about a gambling platform before choosing them, had it been you have checked on their profile here, you would have discover many things already been said about them which are not fascinating at all from the past, you may lose this, but try to avoid a reoccurrence like this in the future.

I think that’s one of the features of Web3 casinos- no KYC requirement and non custodial wallets can be link. As long as a casino has a good reputation, the chances of getting scammed are lower. But if a casino has already been proven to be a scam and we still gamble there, that’s on us, unless we didn’t know. That’s why research is crucial, especially for new casinos.

About Metawin sports betting, I think it’s still newly launched. I haven’t tried their sports betting yet since I usually use Stake and Duelbits, but let’s see, maybe I’ll give it a shot.

I don’t know, but I have a feeling that if there were a contest for the most scam accusations among casinos here, 1xbit would win by a landslide. Sorry for your loss OP, I know that’s not what you want to hear, but it’s hard to expect this issue to get resolved. What should be a space for solving problems has become more like a place for sharing bad experiences, which isn’t helpful since they clearly don’t care about their reputation on this forum.

I hope you were able to move on as fast as possible with the amount you lost.
