Our founder (Walter) who made this thread is understandably very busy and whilst he does pay attention to the thread, it made sense that I also create an account to be an additional representative for the company.

Sorry that happened to you but IMO 2 days isn't a stretch if you end up triggering background checks from casinos. Although I'm not exactly sure if this has more to do with kyc/aml/abuse checks or they're just having a problem with their payment provider.

I just want to add some details to your post, @panjul07 as of now you need to manually report it to the support once you hit that challenge multiplier. You can look to the image posted by @tbct_mt2. It was indicated there that once you hit that multiplier with the minimum amount bet you can secure that you're the one wins the prize. I guess you also need to contact that support before you start the challenge to make sure that no one still hit that require multiplier to win the prize.
