Regarding the anti-fraud checks on withdrawals above $25,000 USD, this is simply a condition that allows us to conduct further checks only if something seems a-miss like multi accounting or game abuse.

Generally however, there is no need for us to action this condition. It must be mentioned that once KYC has been completed, you will no longer be questioned on further verification queries UNLESS fraudulent behavior is detected.

To be specific, I'm referring to "Post in this thread for free x". That belongs in Games and Rounds. Though it isn't limited to that, in general you shouldn't be giving people incentives to post in your thread, it's disruptive to actual discussion.

Ideally, you would want a manager to facilitate the review campaign to weed out abusers for instance. Since Little Mouse is here, they're also a good candidate for it.

Generally however, there is no need for us to action this condition. It must be mentioned that once KYC has been completed, you will no longer be questioned on further verification queries UNLESS fraudulent behavior is detected.

I have questions about this, does this mean depositing from non-custodial wallet is not allowed? You should know that using custodial wallets doesn't mean there is KYC that requires the name of the user and not everyone don't use exchanges especially for depositing for security reasons that most exchanges don't allow sending to casino.

They need to elaborate more on that. I also read where it was stated that withdrawals are only going to be processed through the user's personal crypto address, which I assume should be a wallet in which the person has total control over it and not an exchange address, or is the statement pointing at making withdrawal only with the wallet that was initially used for funding the user's account?

I appreciate being mentioned and I am open to helping with any campaign you may be looking to run, but I do want to say that opening a sig campaign is not an automatic route to never ending traffic for your casino. Consider your budget, be open to the fact that you will not get thousands of signups and deposits in a week, and have patience.

Campaigns are meant to run for long periods of time if you want to see results. Build community trust while you are running your campaign and run other promotions as well to get players interested in trying your casino out.

Yeah I suppose you are correct too, before starting up something like a signature campaign I believe the casino should have the understanding that nothing actually ever explodes overnight or if possible like the way you said is one way @managers enlightened them. Some casino might take it as an easy way to advertise since the forum has high traffic in terms of active gamblers but many people actually need to be confident about the casino before throwing up $money to the casino and it takes time and moreover multiple advertising strategy is always better but that too still depends on the marketing budget of the casino.

What if the user able to reach this figure and decided to withdraw like less than it. For example 2k or 5k daily but his fund accumulated more than 25k theres no problem doing that?

This is simply a condition we have in place to prevent dishonest behavior. As mentioned in this thread, we rarely need to action this condition unless we suspect foul play. If a player chose to withdraw in smaller increments and our system flags it as suspicious we reserve the right to investigate this further also.

Like @Potato Chips mentioned a few posts above, a review campaign of the platform should be a welcome idea, and if possible let new signups test out the platform with real money so that you are getting positive and negative criticism from real players not just users that are looking to secure a couple of dollars.

Since I'm a UI/UX designer, I want to give you some recommendations. First of all, the ANN thread looks beautiful but your website doesn't look as beautiful as the ANN thread. What I don't like is the colour, it's bluish-purple and isn't very nice on the eyes. I would suggest you to use warmer, more eye-relaxing colours.

I asked their support about VPN usage and they told me that VPN is allowed because they respect the privacy of their customers but VPN shouldn't be used to bypass geolocational restrictions. Sadly, you can't use a VPN if it's blocked in your country.
