What do you mean by "the winnings also can be get by the way of the cryptocurrency"? it doesn't make you not earn it by gambling. Technically they can trace the coins you get if they're want to investigate your earnings, when they know the address you use, it's over, you can't give any excuse anymore.

Not really, User should pay taxes since it consider as capital gain if win the casino. The only tax which casino needs to pay are the business taxes while all the profit made on their services should be taxes by the person who won the amount.
