Is your house not rented? if you have already analyzed it and you think that it's better to put that money from that house into bitcoin, you know better about yourself and location.

I think that one factor is Indonesia is composed of too many islands and that's probably why. And upon doing it, you made me remember about Didi who has sold his family's house and live all along with that bitcoin money from successfully selling it.

You can flip it for Bitcoin if that's the best idea that you have realized. But just as said, list it on real estate listings that can help you sell it but they'll put an amount on top of your selling price for their commission.
I don't rented it yet, because my house is still didn't renovation it yet, still original from the developer, there is no kitchen yet and there has been no improvement at all since i bought it. Maybe because of that condition I have difficult to sell it fast and another economic condition of my country.
Oh, so it's the bare-type finish. You're right that because it's unfinished and bare type, it's not appealing to the eyes of potential buyers and that's why do a little renovation of it. Maybe a bit of flourishing and finishing the kitchen and just add the renovation expense to the selling price.

Even OP described few things about his situation and selling of house but still I strongly believe selling house in currently situation is not wise decision because currently market is not stable and things can go against his analysis which are surely not good deal for him and family.

I personally have few good examples while peoples sold their properties and having good fortune from bitcoin but still we need to understand risk factor and then jumping into this way is good without any proper knowledge and all related stuff things are never been stable with selling in hurry is always brought price down which is also not good because if he can manage then he needs to use his links and then going ahead surely can give him better amount for the house.

We are having hype about 2025 is going to be important for the bitcoiners, so things like these will be appeared because we have too many those will be surely jumped into this hype and try to go with this hype which is suggesting we will be touch magical six figures.
I think he knows what he's doing and this isn't going to hit him badly when it's sold. He has mentioned some factors that it should be sold because he's passing it already to the potential buyers.

That's why he has to sell it before the peak of BTC reached. I hope that he'll be able to find his buyer soon.

By advertising on social media, it might help your house sell quickly and if the house is in the cheap category I don't think it will be difficult to sell it.

Whether it is cheap or not will depend on the city where your house is, because each city in Indonesia has a fairly different market price for houses, and if your house is located in a fairly busy place I agree it is quite cheap
My house is located in the suburbs but is not far away from airport, about 4-7 KM, only 10-15 minutes in driving. There is a McDonald's store about 2 Km. Maybe it because it's still quiet and not much development around housing complex.

Why not offer it individually to relatives who you know have the ability to buy it,
I have offered it to my neighbor, but he asked for about 1 more year to pay it, so that situation I hold that offers because I need the money to change my investment to bitcoin, I have to buy bitcoin this year not to next year.

Yes, they sold a piece of land at a low price because they sold it in a hurry, believe it or not a month later someone who bought the land from my parents sold it again at a higher price. That was within 1 month. They were quite sorry, but could not do anything else. You can be patient and continue to advertise on social media, or ask for help from other people or friends and when it sells we will give them a bonus.
This is probably the advice I can give so as not to be too hasty to get someone who is interested in your house.

Oops, that's going to be a big deal, you didn't really add those information to the OP, so, personally I thought it was just an already equipped house which doesn't requires renovation.  If that's thr case, then you can identify with some property agents in your country. In my country, such agents are into house marketing and all kinds landed property marketing. I don't know if you guys have such in your country, if you do, then they can help to find you a quick buyer of your property.

Why you parents want to sell their land in hurry? they must be need money ASAP or don't want wasting a lot money, there's no point to regret if you sell cheaper since that's what you're looking for.

At the same time @OP isn't wrong too if he want to sell his house cheaper since he want to use the money to invest in Bitcoin, if he miss the moment/not buy Bitcoin at the bottom, he will not able to maximize his profit.

Selling house price 10% cheaper, but you earn 20% when you invest in Bitcoin earlier, it's a win.

I wish that I could be that one since I know some contractors and architects to do the renovation. Much better if you look for your connections and friends maybe they can have some recommended people or contractors to work for it.

Or do the search from the websites or realtors or interior designers to do the job for you. It's really going to be costly but it's worth it and can easily find interested buyers once they're impressed with it.

I never mentioned lowering the price and what I said was a little renovation so that the house looks more attractive and there is no need to rush because even though the owner needs money he can be patient rather than selling at a cheaper price.
Sometimes there is a reason why people intend to sell something in a hurry and usually need money quickly for some reason so they decide to sell cheaply.
When the need for money is very urgent and that is the only opportunity then people decide to sell cheaply even though it looks very detrimental.

Usually there are people who do have a network in selling something and I have seen people like that, when someone tells them that there is a house for sale they are quick to say there is someone willing to buy.
Just find people like that and while making a post on the media about the house for sale.

I tend to be sceptical when I see these threads, as I don't know if the OP was hoping to gain merit by saying he was going to sell his house to buy bitcoin although as he gives details in this case I tend to believe that what he says is true.

My house is located in the suburbs but is not far away from airport, about 4-7 KM, only 10-15 minutes in driving. There is a McDonald's store about 2 Km. Maybe it because it's still quiet and not much development around housing complex.

Being that it is not in a lost place it all comes down to price. If you lower the price enough you will sell it in no time.

I think the opposite, he has no intention of pursuing merit. While investing in bitcoin has always been encouraged by everyone, especially bitcoin maximalists, but selling your home or physical assets to buy bitcoin isn't something everyone enjoys or is encouraged to do. I would be surprised if someone gave OP some merit to support selling his house to invest in bitcoin.

But what I find strange is that he is looking for advice on buying and selling real estate on a bitcoin forum, when this question would be more appropriate on the local real estate forums where he lives. He should look for people who have experience in real estate instead of asking people who have no experience or have never been involved in real estate brokerage.

If didn't sold out for this year, I have to thinking to renting out my house. But, to able to rent it out, I have to make full renovation, so if I calculated I need about 0.1 BTC for comfortable ot living.
