As we know, The year 2025 is getting closer, Bitcoin bullish has also shown signs of that, but Until today I don't have much capital to buy bitcoin to prepare bullrun on the next year. I have a desire to sell my another house and want to change my investment into bitcoin or any cryptocurrency, but the problem is My house has not been sold until now, I have tried to market it on social media like facebook market and olx where I have to spend about $10 each month to sell it to the flatform, but still didnt sold it yet.
I have seen many replies but I will add that if you haven't sold the house yet, you should find people to rent the space and use the money to invest in bitcoin. But the problem is that I didn't know if that house is located or situated in a business area since no one will like to buy or rent a house in a non business area. I will also advise you to look for a good housing agent that will help you to market the house or rent it out if you are not being lucky to sell it. Sometimes lucky plays a role in marketing and or business.

I am not in the favour to sell your house because it is place where you live and when you will sell this house you have to face many difficulties in your life because you will have not roof on your head abd everybody knows in that time , house building is not an easy and most of the people invest all of your savings on their house . So you can flex by showing the people your house because that is not best time to enter in the cryptocurrency market because BTC is stable at 94 to 97 k dollars but if anyone wants to take step that will be on your risk . Always DYOR before investing your money in anything.Your house is good asset if you have another separate house to live and that is an extra house
I do agree with that, there is no reason to sell your house to get bitcoin, your house gains value too and it's a good investment, even if you are not living in it, just rent it out and should be okay. I would say bitcoin would have been a better investment if you ended up buying a lot lower, but that doesn't change the fact that we are seeing it way high to do this now.

If you sell your house now, there is really no reason to do that but the very best you could hope for is twice return, nearly 190k, and that would be good of course, who wouldn't want to double, but what if you can't? What if it doesn't go that high? What if you miss your exit and wait too long and make a mistake? What if you send to wrong address (I once did that lol). There are way too many reasons why you shouldn't do this, and I believe that's the reason why we are seeing this much trouble right now with people who are regretting. It would be smart if he did that earlier, but not anymore.

Selling it would give you the money you need in bulk but it can't compare to what you'd earn annually, well, not everyone has the patience for that. Selling your house in this digital age is very easy, there are a lot of sites you can post and even people that are outside your country might show interest in buying that property. Show what the interior looks like, and also the space of the land, those are the land, those are what can attract people's attention easily.

Selling it would give you the money you need in bulk but it can't compare to what you'd earn annually, well, not everyone has the patience for that. Selling your house in this digital age is very easy, there are a lot of sites you can post and even people that are outside your country might show interest in buying that property. Show what the interior looks like, and also the space of the land, those are the land, those are what can attract people's attention easily.
This should be separated on a case by case basis - so not all selling a house to raise capital is a bad idea. In OP's case - it could be that he has another house that he lives in now and the house he is selling is an asset that he has owned in addition to other assets. It's clearly not his only home and it seems to me safe for him to sell and get an investment budget.

If only the OP had managed to sell his house last September and he had come up with a budget - then he might have made a huge profit today especially if all that money was invested in bitcoin. The price of bitcoin in September was in the range of $53K - $60K, so just calculate how much profit it would be today. But I would definitely say it's bad if it was his only home with no other assets.

I believe the problem that we are having right now is that people are not realizing how to get better out of any deal and because of that it shouldn't really be a problem right now when you look at the past, that has to be the key thing to realize.

If we all knew that the price would be 100k at this date, then we would all be selling our houses, in which case it would have been 100k even quicker. I knew that it would be 100k, just didn't know when that would happen, looking back at September, if you asked me when it would be 100k during September, I would say probably within a year, but that's about it, and I still wouldn't take that risk.

I've been trying to find the best agent, but they seem difficult to find the buyer maybe because my house is not too good for location, and not enough clean water.
So, I've tried to lower from the market price, and many have contacted me to make offers, but no deals have been made yet. They are just asking, then lose contact after. What the solution for this?, is it worth if I contacting them again to asking his offers?, because when I read the article when the buyer doesn't contact you again, You don't deserve to asking them about his offers, because it will drive them further away.

As we know, The year 2025 is getting closer, Bitcoin bullish has also shown signs of that, but Until today I don't have much capital to buy bitcoin to prepare bullrun on the next year. I have a desire to sell my another house and want to change my investment into bitcoin or any cryptocurrency, but the problem is My house has not been sold until now, I have tried to market it on social media like facebook market and olx where I have to spend about $10 each month to sell it to the flatform, but still didnt sold it yet.

My house located on Indonesia, If I calculate with bitcoin, I put low price about 0.2 BTC, the yard size is 108 square meter, and house size is 36 square meter. quite cheap for that size but still didn't sold yet. So, I write here, Are you are here have strategy how to sell it fast?, I'm almost desperate, I will even lower it to 0.18 if it doesn't sell yet.

It's a pretty tough decision to make, if that's what you're thinking about, let it be, or ask your real estate agent friends for help and just give them a commission if they ever refer clients who are interested in your house and lot.

But honestly speaking, the risk you're taking is high, and from what I can see, it looks like you're really decided. Just be prepared for the worst that can happen,

Have you reached out to bank? For instance go to bank take the exact loan you think your house is worth and every you can give your house as collateral if you can't pay the money then they should take your house, that is the easiest way to market your house and when you take the money you can used it to invest in bitcoin. Then go to bank tell them to sell your house and take their money by then you have already invested in bitcoin. I know that before bank gives you loan worth the amount you mentioned in BTC they would definitely come to inspect the house if it's worth the amount you want to have as loan from them and if not they will only give you the equivalent amount to your house value.

Are you sure about that?

Let's say he Sold his house in November and it was worth (just to make the math easy) $100k.  At 85k USD per coin he'd get 1.17 BTC. I expect he would not sell at the exact top of 103k, but he had at least 3 opportunities of selling at around 101k, which would have given him 118k, close to 18k in profit in just 1 month. I know that it's a risky move, but many people have more than one house and investing in bitcoin is definitely a profitable idea, contrary to what you're thinking.

If your house is worth $100k, the bank will only be able to give you a mortgage of $50k-60k maximum, you will never be able to borrow exactly $100k equal to the value of your house. You will never be able to borrow an amount equal to the value of your house because the bank only lends you money, not buys it. I'm sure op has thought about that too but obviously this is not a good solution as he will suffer a lot of losses.

The demand for real estate always exists even in tough economic times, I don't think that's why OP can't sell his house. I think the reason might be because the location of the house and the price that OP gave are not suitable.
