Those who have used the casino will have the good experience to tell us if really the no KYC policy works in the withdrawal process. And one thing we have to know is that in most cases the KYC is asked when we are withdrawing huge amount and not small amount.
That is not withstanding, we welcome you to the bitcoin family where you can grow your business and enlarged it if you are committed and like to make more promotions.

Based on their terms & conditions they'll ask KYC if your turnover is higher than $30k, or you're suspected of fraudulent activity[1]. Multiple accounts and suspicious transactions linked to money laundering will get you flagged. You should probably read the previous discussion too since it discusses some parts of their ToS other than the KYC part. CMIIW.

This is not fundamentally important to us. We need to review the content on the entire website and fix the details. We are working on it.

You should definitely see the first post again. Shocked

As it was said, it may be needed for sums like $30k+, otherwise - probably no?

I couldn't get it properly what you tried to mean here. Are you going to remove those KYC related clauses from your terms? You should completely state in your terms that your team won't tell the user to submit their personal documents no matter what the situation is, which is necessary to do the marketing by highlighting the no-KYC in bold word. I can also see that all steps of KYC verification system is available on the account settings page. You should update everything properly on your website to do the marketing in such way.

Coming across this Ann thread for the very first time today, so let me begin by first saying a warm welcome to the Niyvi.com, I am actually wondering what the name or title "Niyvi" really means, but then, it's not all that important to know anyways, what is really important is that a good service is linked to it.

I've visited the website and I must say that it loads pretty fast, this is the very first thing I noticed, for this days, I hardly come by sites that loads completely within or in a matter of a second or two - good job there and kudos.
And Secondly, the design is nice, though not really out of the ordinary but still very lovable.

I will go through the reviews here and see if the casino is worth a try, it's good to learn that the casino is kyc free, and accepts users using vpn to play, but I am really wondering if the management will be able to keep the site like this for several years to come.. 🤔

Welcome to the forum, guys. What do you exactly mean by the word “Niyvi”? I am just curious about it—the reason behind it for naming the casino such a unique name. I see that no KYC is required and VPN is also allowed. But this will lead to multi-accounting in the future. Have you thought about this? Moreover, if seriously no KYC is entertained, then does it mean the casino doesn’t have a proper license? At last I liked the part that we bitcointalk people have exclusive bonuses. I will surely check this out and will leave a detailed review on the games and user experience.

Well, casinos that are completely kyc free usually do not have a license, or an original license, because if they do, they won't be operating as a kyc free casino.
License issuers are a government body that is assigned with this responsibility, and we all know that government can't do without wanting to know who we are at all levels, so to imagine that a casino with a legitimate operational license from the government will operate on a kyc free model is like day dreaming.

As much as I personally love the model and the way this casino has advertised itself, I won't trust it completely until after (perhaps) a year or two when they must have gotten a lot of customers and made themselve trustworthy and gains a good reputation.

It's funny that I've never read any news saying that the government of Curacao is inspecting all casinos that have a Curacao license. What I've seen are people saying that they complained to the Curacao license provider about a casino that stole money from them, but that the license provider didn't respond to them and didn't solve their problems. Honestly, I always wonder how important licenses are. That's why I don't judge casinos by their licenses. I always prefer to research the reputation of the casino. Of course, if the casino also has a license, it just puts me at ease in the sense that the casino spent money to get a license, so it won't commit a scam any time soon. It can stay in operation for a while to recover the money it spent on the license and other things. But I'd only invest a little money if I were to use a new casino.

Well, if a casino does not have KYC, it is good for most of the gamblers but we have seen that such casino do not have any Licenses and they are likely to quit or scam more often than others. I wonder how long Niyvi will be able to operate without the KYC or whether they may implement KYC sometime later as it is just the beginning of their business and providing a KYC free casino will attract a lot of people. Also those who are underage, those people will gamble here as they do not need to proof their age or identity.

And one thing we have to know is that in most cases the KYC is asked when we are withdrawing huge amount and not small amount.
CMIIW.

[1] https://niyvi.com/terms-of-use

It seems that they have removed the information about the $30k turnover because I cant find it on their terms page unless I missed it but I tried to Ctrl+F by using the keywords "30" and "turnover" and the result is nothing.
What I can find is:
Quote
As a crypto-based platform, we believe in fairness and transparency. To that end, we do not require KYC procedures solely at the point of withdrawal, as we find it unfair to our users. Instead, we will only request KYC verification in cases where fraudulent activity is suspected. This policy applies to all users making transactions to or from their accounts in cryptocurrency. We expect users to comply with any KYC requests promptly when required.

The fraudulent activity can be something questionable because casino may say it anytime to any players but I hope this casino will not use this "fraudulent activity" as a weapon to force players to conduct KYC.
Perhaps we will see it later after few weeks or few months if there will be some players report here that they are being asked to do KYC verification process.

We value your privacy! Withdrawals are instant once approved, with only a quick fraud review on your first withdrawal. After that, you’re free to withdraw instantly without KYC – it's that simple.
Can you guarantee that Niyvi wont ask for any verification even for players who win bigger amounts?
I know some bigger casinos claimed they wont ask any kyc but than they started locking accounts and seizing customer coins.
We are not talking about fraud and cheating cases but long term forum members.

Just checked your ANN out which could use some work along with the site itself. Black design is alright, but it could look a lot better. A FAQ section should be added to the bottom of the page answering basic queries.

Also, it's tough to trust any centralised casino stating no KYC these days which is why only time will tell if this particular statement is actually true or not. All the best team!

welcome to the forum, it is rare for a casino platform to allow its users to use kyc, it is quite good for people who are in countries where online gambling is illegal, but for countries where gambling is illegal, they will be suspicious of niyvi casinos, how do you respond to this?

You have a very good point which I very much agree with, if you try to read my previous comment as it bothers casinos licenses, specially that particular one from Curaçao, you will always read me say that i see them as nothing but decoration for the casino, because it's absolutely useless in terms of its benefits to gamblers, in fact, I sincerely don't see Curaçao gambling casino license as a license at all since it's one that even scammers can use to operate scam casinos.

What i said about government being responsible for issuing license to casinos is based on assumptions that what we are talking about is a real casino license, not the Curaçao type, but unfortunately, Curaçao seems like it's the only body available to issue license to casinos because it's not just the cheapest, but also the easiest to get - but as well useless to gamblers (personal opinion though)

Section 4.1 - 4.2 of the Terms and conditions of the casino said something about the use of their service in a jurisdiction that has banned gambling activities - in such a senecio if you should use it and gave any legal issue, the company will not help you in any way and also won’t be held accountable - and also if they should suspect any suspicious activity (since this is the only time they claim to ask user to verify their details) you also won’t be able to do that despite them being no kyced.

Those who have used the casino will have the good experience to tell us if really the no KYC policy works in the withdrawal process. And one thing we have to know is that in most cases the KYC is asked when we are withdrawing huge amount and not small amount.
As it was said, it may be needed for sums like $30k+, otherwise - probably no?

I couldn't get it properly what you tried to mean here. Are you going to remove those KYC related clauses from your terms?

I see that no KYC is required and VPN is also allowed. But this will lead to multi-accounting in the future. Have you thought about this? Moreover, if seriously no KYC is entertained, then does it mean the casino doesn’t have a proper license?

Well, if a casino does not have KYC, it is good for most of the gamblers but we have seen that such casino do not have any Licenses and they are likely to quit or scam more often than others.

The fraudulent activity can be something questionable because casino may say it anytime to any players but I hope this casino will not use this "fraudulent activity" as a weapon to force players to conduct KYC.

Thanks for the feedback, we appreciate it, I want to tell you a little bit about our team, not many but experienced in this field, I will refrain from naming specific companies because I don't know their opinion, but our team has a big role in the success of many successful products.
During this time we have seen many different approaches, and the most profitable of these has been to take care of the customer, as in local licenses. Well, we decided to create a crypto platform where we wouldn't start lying for self-justifying reasons, because too many brands use vpn and kyc to save time. We think the crypto platform allows you to stay anonymous. We use a tool to detect multi-accounting, and if a customer has deposited without documents, it's just a no-brainer to ask for documents to withdraw.
Of course, we will investigate fraud cases, we just want to create a precedent for justice and we expect great benefits from this, the content is specifically part of the rules to be refined and we are working on it, we will reserve defensive means but we will not use it against the user, we can argue about any topic and that is why I like this community. We think Web Casino is a uniquely Web3 product, and we'll talk more about it in the future. Cleanliness is essential in Web3!

Looks like that was the case. Not really surprising considering OP's response though. As long as they don't do it silently and always declare whenever any significant changes happen, I think that's not a big issue.

The fraudulent activity can be something questionable because casino may say it anytime to any players but I hope this casino will not use this "fraudulent activity" as a weapon to force players to conduct KYC.
Yeah, at the very least they should give examples so users will know the general boundaries of what should they do and don't. I don't expect them to be so rigid though since there's no way you can describe every context with a clear definition. CMIIW.
