question about selling all btc with nicehash

i am not contacting sumsub about nicehash's KYC it's not my business to do that.
I have not edited my bill document that is pdf and nicehash KYC just will not accept it...they should fix that considering they do accept pdf.

i will add that i have been downloading files including my bill documents since the internet, i am not new to it.
the document bill file that i downloaded from my ISP was downloaded via firefox browser and the file opens with adobe/Firefox/chrome just fine and i have used that before with other new accounts as well, but nicehash does have a problem with accepting it and just rejects it.

I tried my bank statement as for proof of my address to complete nicehash's KYC but that was rejected as well now there is no way of me completing KYC with nicehash.
That means they have complete ownership of my crypto with my account, WTF is going on this is clearly deliberate by nicehash and nothing the account holder can do about it, i never thought Crypto could be this bad.

They won't even want to accept your documents, incorrect KYC is just an excuse to hide the scam behind it.
I'm sorry for your loss, but you have to accept that you were deceived. It is probably better to try to investigate where they are from and to report them to all possible addresses of the competent authorities, maybe they will even suspend their site.

You came across a scammer that only used crypto as a payment method. Don't generalize that crypto is bad, because you thought you could get rich easily because of your greed. Crypto has nothing to do with these cases, it's all about scammers and victims.
The Firefox browser is equally to blame for everything because if it weren't for it, you wouldn't even know about nicehash.

I got another question.
Is there any other cryptocurrency brokers and exchanges with an open marketplace for buyers and sellers like nicehash that are deliberately not allowing account holders to complete KYC?
as to date this is the information i have already provided to nicehash with regards to the KYC process, drivers license/ Liveness check.
as i already have stated nicehash requests a "address document" to complete KYC, but they cannot accept "any document" for me to complete KYC.

C'mon Bitcoin Forum Members, surely there must be another cryptocurrency marketplace like nicehash that is also conducting this corrupt scam against there account holders or is it just nicehash?

Here's a couple of recent reviews at Trustpilot.

It’s been 6 days with no response, and meanwhile, I am unable to withdraw my funds, which are frozen at $500. I’ve been using NiceHash since 2016, and this treatment of customers is disappointing. I hope for a quick resolution to this issue."

Nicehash dragging kyc and refuse to release accounts, I read the same unfortunate stories as mine. and I have nothing different to write. NiceHash blocked my funds worth 707 USD since Nov 2, refusing to allow me to withdraw them under the pretext that I did not pass the KYC check. I have sent all the required documents including ID card but the account has not been verified. They took pretext that moving to Switzerland. there is no phone, no chat support and no recourse for legal complaints. It’s a shame. I cannot recommend this company anymore.

nicehash are still blocking my account from being able to withdraw on after month and they know this.
