Yup, we officially moved from Betby to Sabasports as our preferred sportsbook platform. There are a lot of improvements to be made in terms of their UI for the global market, and we will be in the thick of it  Grin
It's good to know that. I am not a sports bettor; I occasionally place bets on sports, especially on high-voltage games. I didn't even bother to check what providers a sportsbook actually uses. I often heard of Betby; they have a history of blocking certain players and asking the casinos to freeze accounts. I don't remember hearing about Sabasports before.

If they provide better service to you and your customers, then, of course, it is a good update. I am curious if sabab2b.com is their official website.

I am not gonna lie; I don't know anything about Sabasports, aka Maxbet or whatever it is. Yesterday, I tried to reach their support because one of the casinos I am in touch with is interested to know how much it costs to integrate sports betting, and I wanted to know some information. Someone accepted my chat, but they did not reply my questions. I have waited a little while, but there has been no result.

Usually, big companies provide top-notch live support to any clients or potential clients. But Sabasports seems like a little different. It wasn't weekend or a holidays. They simply ignored my queries.

Nope. I am no one. I am just in touch with them, and recently, the casino launched their ANN here. I know the owner already, and he was curious about how much it might cost to integrate sports betting. If it's nothing expensive, he would integrate sports betting even though the platform is only a few months old. I am not sure how their support would know if I am anyone official from a casino or not even if they do not even reply me. They have to know who I am by asking questions, right? I don't think this is a valid point.

When they first started with their signatures campaign here in the forum, we had a lot of expectations to see what the next big accusations were and how the team was gonna handle them, but low and behold, none have existed for now.

Let's hope such a positive reputation keeps going for them and make sure that building their long-term reputation is a top priority rather than just making promises with tons of unresolved accusations like some less reputable casinos do.

Actually, no, they don't need to drag in a conversation with some random person who asks anything. Imagine that you are working for an odd market provider, and you receive an e-mail from somebody who is not the owner or official/ verified person of a casino. Why do they have to answer you? Do you believe that you don't need to present yourself accordingly first since we are talking about business enquiries/matters? They don't offer their services to people but to businesses, and for them, you are not a business. This is something that the owner or some official representative of him can take over.


Talking about adding more events from unknown leagues in the sports betting, I settle with the major leagues because those unknown leagues are prone to manipulations. Atleast match fixing is rarely done in the major leagues. This is my personal sentiments.

To be honest, I prefer to have more options/ markets available. If possible from any league/ cup of any country. In theory, manipulations can be done everywhere in any event, but I don't like to focus on this. So the more options available, the better.

You have a good point, and you presented it well, but that is not how serious business operates. They care about every question they get, no matter who is asking it. Do you think everyone buys the cars when they visit the showroom and check cars? You have to keep in mind that every person is your potential client. Don't judge a book by its cover. If the support never responds, you have no way to tell them you are a casino representative or you are someone official. Let's say I was someone official; now, what is your excuse? Sorry, but your explanation just does not make sense to me.

In business, you really have to prioritize each and every customer. No matter how much you dislike it, customers should be treated well because you do not know which ones will actually buy and which ones won't.

The key to success is treating your customers well. Providing the best service you can. I once worked for a crypto project, and the owner said one thing: provide your best to every client of our service. Some casinos treat every player similarly. You can not have hundred of users if you fail to have one user and a big business is built up from each user, one by one until it becomes big like hundred of users and more. When a business becomes big, it can ignore individual user and think it means nothing for their business health and growth, but it's a vital point of failure if missvalued by the company.

From one user, it can spread to more users, who are all disappoined about your business, then it will be time for free fall.

One unsatisfied customer is more detrimental to a business than 100 hundred satisfied customers. It is the single players that accumulate to the hundred of other players. As GoT said, the sports betting providers are still running business.
At beginning with only one user, it is not too terrible but if continues and expands, it will result in snow-ball effects later that is horrible.
