I just read this in my email now, that’s why I’m also posting. The email is 5 hrs ago. I tried to redeem it just now, but it’s says already fully claimed. All the players were notified, so it was gone quickly. Hopefully, next time they make another one that exclusive for bitcointalk members only since the pizza day was happpened here in bitcointalk, and the code will be posted just here in this thread.

The wagering requirement was only 22x so I’m sure out of the 1000 players who claimed it, some were able to complete the wagering. Others online casino have 40x wagering and even additional requirements like making a deposit, but this one had none no strings attached. Lucky does who able to claim it and managed to convert it to withdrawable balance.

That’s great to know. I’m glad that your support team is ready to help users who might use one of their old addresses after this update to recover their coins and credit them to their accounts’ balance, although that’s not what the email says (I understand you want to pushusers to start using the new addresses, though)!
I’m just wondering if this support will be available indefinitely or only for a limited time?
Also, I believe it would be better if the recovery process was automated without the need for users to contact support. just my opinion.

Most time I don't take such as this claims serious since they failed to establish their case with an evidence to show what and where the fault is from sometimes, most of the newbies just failed to comply with a casino simple rule and wanting to make everything work they way, when there is issues with deposits the first contact should be support agents and whatever you get as feedback from there we can now establish the next step, not just calling a platform as outright scam simply because you as a gambler have problems with them.

The wallet provider's system fails to update us on player balance. We started seeing this issue more rampant in the last 3 days. As such it is understandable that players would accuse us of being a scam. I would too if my deposits aren't being synced properly after a couple of hours of waiting.

We are working closely with the provider and hope to have it fixed in the next 24-48 hours. However, this experience has left us with a bitter taste in the mouth, and we are unsure if their promises carry any weight anymore. We have started speaking with other providers and hope to bring a backup early next month!

Thanks for the reassuring update. You should definitely consider other alternatives so you can keep your brand name clean. The crypto industry is mostly about trust and transparency between different parties and should anything minor or a small delay happen, the other party/parties might instantly think that they were scammed.

It’s enough for players to know that the funds are SAFU, that already eases a lot of worries.

Take your time fixing the problem; we get it, these hiccups happen. But giving that reassurance is really important so players don’t start panicking or imagining worst-case scenarios. With this update, I think the scam accusations would not be coming. Hopefully everything gets sorted within the time frame you mentioned.

I understand that the process can take some time, but you could have explained that to him and just asked him to wait. You could have avoided all this mess if you had done so.

I understand that the process can take some time, but you could have explained that to him and just asked him to wait. You could have avoided all this mess if you had done so.

The wallet system belongs to a 3rd party, we can manually adjust but once the system goes back to normal it will try to revert and correct everything. Any manual adjustments will only result in duplicates.

Speaking of duplicates, today we found out the wallet system did double entry for deposits to some players, as far back as on 13th!!! We managed to correct some duplicates but most were either withdrawn or lost to game sessions (which is still fine).

Thank you for being transparent. Most platforms would try to hide this as much as they can to avoid confrontations and allegations of scam so it takes a brave one to take a step forward and face the problem head on. This will definitely ease the users since you are updating everyone and not hiding.

Good to know that you are taking the problem seriously and really looking at where it went wrong to make sure that it doesn't happen again. Hopefully it never happens again but good to know everything is almost sorted out.

It's true. Tron blockchain is not good for transactions now with expensive transaction fee.
