I think bonuses and cashbacks are different, but with what you are experiencing, there may be an update made by the casino and they may not tell you about the update, even though at first you were sure that the email you got was about a bonus but over time it changed to a Cashback which will be obtained when your balance runs out, indeed if you say cashback of course it will happen when we have run out of balance but with what is called a bonus it usually happens when we have made a deposit.

True.  Some people say "Casinos never fail". Wrong. There have been tons of failed casinos throughout the history of gambling. All of them either had bad ToS or they were changing their ToS without any notice. Such casinos don't attract much customers and that's why they fail losing all the money invested in the business.

Yeah I agree. They never fail on making more money than the gamblers . But if it was the other way around, then who the fuck said that? Maybe they are also part of the casino's team? As they say, not all are perfect in this world and this was the real truth. It is not only about the bad TOS on why a casino can fail but it is also about how they handle their costumer, and if their support is bad or not.

As for those casinos who frequently change their TOS, I think this was only normal and not a real issue. They even put a disclaimer about this. This also applies to almost any other platforms out there, not just in the casino business/industry.

Most of the time, the terms are already there, however, it is how the player understood the terms. This is why if you want an assurance, better clarify it from the casino itself. Good thing for the OP, he already asked the site while his games progresses. Otherwise, he will be surprised later on if he wants to withdraw, and he couldn't because he has not achieved the required wagering requirements.

Perhaps this is just a dirty tactic since most gamblers are greedy. The main reason they do this is to lure in new gamblers, believing it will benefit them, but in the end, it is the players who get robbed. Okay first of all, it seems like you're confused about what the OP is trying to prove ... There's a difference between cashbacks and  the regular welcome bonuses, are you aware of that?.. I'll explain briefly; cashbacks are basically the little fractions of what you've lost in a casino, over a period of time, being credited back into your wallet... In some cases, it may be non-withdrawable. Welcome bonuses are credited immediately after making deposits so, as long as it's more than what the requirement states, the shouldn't be a problem.

I usually don't pay attention to bonuses and various marketing tricks anymore. Most likely, these marketing promotions have a compensating part that makes the marketing offer not as good as it may seem to you at the very beginning.

There was this new gambling site that I found here in the forum way back a year ago and I tried playing on it when I saw the great offers of bonuses, rakeback, and promotions. But when I got on the site, I saw and experienced how difficult it is to meet their requirements. It requires a huge amount of deposited money daily and it resets every day.
It could've been better if it was a wagering requirement because somehow a gambler could spin the money back and forth and make a large wager with a small amount of money but that's not the case. I don't know which casino the OP is talking about, but what did you expect? To receive free money just by depositing? I don't think this necessarily makes the casino "bad"; I'm not blaming the OP here; we've all fallen victim to these so-called bonuses. These bonuses are rarely what they seem to be and usually have fine print on how they're distributed. In this case, it's a cashback bonus on your losses. I know it's not worth much, but at least you'll receive something back in case you've lost, which you can use to make a few bets or play a few games again.

One more trick for casino. I was catch at least twice( don`t sure, it was long ago) after it i began to read all. Now i don`t try to catch such bonuses but read it anyway. And i have to say that lots of such bonuses seriously differs from big letters in the head of the message.
As the result i can remember just 2-3 bonuses on first deposit that i could get easy enough, the other bonuses had problems with getting it or gave me something else that i don`t need.

The new casino launching are guilty of this crime as they intentionally decieve gamblers into using their casino when they are not trustworthy. I do not patronized new casino that do not have any reputation atleast because I do not want to fall victim of what the OP is describing. Alot of boynus that some casino offers should not be taken, the criterias to qualify for the bonus are impossible. I do not understand why I have to bet an equivalent of the money I deposited before I can be eligible for a bonus, are the casino trying to make me to lose by gambling all my money. They are also making people now deposit a smaller amount of money and as such losing the potential gains they would had made. Half is better than 100% to be wagered before qualifying for a deposit bonus.
