Are bounties really worth the time? I observed some of the projects and saw bounty is a time consuming work with a little payout for newbies.
Even there are many projects that are scam! As it is a low quality work, should Newbies avoid it?

Due to bad market conditions, investors are not very interested in inviting new projects, due to which new projects mostly fail and because of this, the projects that are bringing bounty campaigns for them are not seen to be successful. That's why working in bounty campaign doesn't get any payment. So working on the bounty campaign in this current situation will be a waste of time. Because a large number of users joining a campaign cannot expect to receive large payouts.

Don't take me on offence. But I couldn't agree here on that point currently market condition is bad and that's why the investor are not very interested in inviting the new projects on bounty campaign.
Because we have already the chart the Bull season is started currently market condition was good even then altcoin season hasn't been started yet but altcoin market looks also good right now.

Now let's come to the main point, the project and not interested on bounty campaign only for the outcome like most of the bounty Hunters are now making just spam on their posts they just used copy and paste method to doing bounty campaigns and here the promotion out put result become poor even then that help them rank up on search engine. And besides currently they can do more good result by launching  the airdrop campaign on telegram which has also good result. And I think these are the reason.

In my experience they are huge waste of time. I don't know what is situation right now, but few years ago it was pretty bad for bounty hunters. I did bounties on the mid of ICO craze and only 10% of projects had reach to the level to make their tokens.

Out of that 10% only 1% of the tokens had value and were traded on exchanges. So my advice is to find something more profitable if you are in it for the profits.

Obviously, never give in all your mind, time, strength and energy to do Bounties with the hope of it paying off tomorrow by relying on it, just do what you can do then if you're being rewarded in the end good for you.
From my point of experience and from the result I have witnessed from those that did bounties, they one they didn't expected to pay were even the ones that paid off, whereas those ones hugely hoped upon,  actually failed.

But after spending six months and investing a thousand dollars, I received $150 worth of Blast tokens. It was probably a little more when I received it, but I decided to hold it, which was a wrong decision on my end. Can you imagine receiving a hundred dollars after spending that much time and investing thousands of dollars? At the same time, I participated in Aethir Airdrop and completed some social tasks only. But I received a $50 worth of tokens.

That's bad experience and I guess this is part of the consequences upon joining on any bounties and airdrop campaigns out there since even if we think the project have good potential there's still no guarantee for us to get huge profit on all of those efforts we made for that project.

This is why participating on this kind of activities are for those people who knows the risk and can accept the fact that instances like this happen. But for those people cannot afford to waste their time on  unsure to them maybe best for them to focus their energy on other things. Opportunities is not only available on airdrops since there are so many activities out there which can also provide good returns to us especially if we are fully committed for certain actions needed to do also if they are so resourceful to research things that can benefit them in long run.

The same thing happened with me and a few more friends. We were confident that the Blast airdrop would be massive and make a good profit if we invested some money in it, but it was a wrong decision. We used to spend a lot of time and money on a dApp on Blast called DistrictOne. It was supposed to give Blast Gold to its users who collected coins/gems using different methods such as buying and holding shares, doing rallies, etc.
When S2 ended, they marked most of the users as Sybil and didn't give them anything. We were so angry and frustrated but could do nothing.

After that, I never spend much time or effort on airdrops, even if they are for free, because you will barely get compensated for the time and effort you put in, and it's undoubtedly better to spend the same time and money on something more useful for yourself.

Nowadays, people waste all their time promoting projects on Telegram, which is also a waste of time.

Not all bounties but most of the bounties are scam. We are putting lot of efforts to write posts, some bounty campaigns disappearing without any notice. Better to go with trusted campaign managers with good track record, also check whether bounty funds are escrowed or not.

There was a lot of demand for the bounty at one time, but currently, there is no such demand because the project does not get any benefit through promotion, so the project owners are not interested in running the bounty. When the project owners are not interested, they do not pay. Bounty managers cannot pay ordinary hunters if they do not get payment from the project owners, so reporting is wasted. Ordinary users waste a lot of time.

Currently, there is no such money to be made by doing the bounty, so if you develop your skills, you will earn better from the bounty. And you can do the bounty, but you have to see whose account is bringing it. If the forum report says that a member brings a bounty, there is a high chance of getting that payment. If you can do the bounty from this, you will get payment from them.

Bounty campaigns were once very profitable for users, but now due to the decrease in demand and interest in the projects, it is not as popular as it used to be, that's why there are no good bounties anymore, when I first came to this forum, there was a lot of demand for bounty campaigns, and bounties were plentiful, and almost every bounty at that time was very good, bounty hunters got more money from all of them than they expected.
However, now due to the lack of good projects, the number of good bounties has also decreased. So now when the owners of the projects do not pay, the managers have nothing to do, and the users just waste their time.
