Game of Thrones is by far the best series to come out in recent years. Before that it was Breaking Bad. Right now I'm watching The Strain.

Started watching Married with Children from the first season, forgot how funny that show was and how cutting edge and controversial it was at the time. It was the TV show that built the FOX Network.

Definitely a must watch.

the U.S. version, in my opinion, is much better.. but maybe that's because i'm american. tried watching the UK version but i didn't get it.

   Blasphemy!  If you don't "get" the UK version turn on the bloody subtitles, you wanking gobshite.   

I'm American and can't imagine Shameless outside of Paul Abbott's Manchester.  Frank and his neighbors without the pub and northern brogue?  GTFO!   Why not just watch Rosanne reruns?

Have any of you started watching "the Knick" on Cinemax? I watched the pilot, and I thought it was pretty good.

I also finished watching the final season of "the Killing." I was definitely not into the ending, but overall it was a great series. It always had me guessing.
