[WTS] Looking for a long term BTC buyer partner (Wise, 2 years)

As the title says, I'm looking for a long term business trade partner. I'm currently thinking about 2 years of trade partnership. If we agree, we can extend the schedule.

What you can get:
 - Long term censorship-free Bitcoin purchase option at market price via Wise transfer (you cannot get this near-zero-fee option in normal p2p trading website, check for yourself)
 - Around $3000 worth of non-goverment-reported Bitcoin purchase per month (the amount may fluctuate depending on our schedule)

Requirement:
 - Your Account/Business/Address is NOT located in US/Canada/Australia/Korea/Japan/mainland China.
 - You have Business/Personal Wise (or other good remittance option, we can talk about it) account
   - You use single account (business or personal) exclusively for trading with me
   - It doesn't have to be your account (but please don't use stolen account, we will trade with it for next 2 years)
 - You have address in your country to receive shipped item from me. You can use or resell the shipped item by yourself (it's just for address verification)
 - We exchange a few messages per month, you need some time to read and respond
 - We use escrow at HodlHodl (if you prefer other escrow website, we can talk about it)
 - You have SimpleX chat installed (If you prefer other e2ee chat app, we can talk about it)

Caveats:
 - If you use your own remittance account, I will learn about your name (You will learn mine too)
 - If you use your own address, I will learn about your address
 - If escrow (HodlHodl) cheats, one of us may lose money

In short:
 - I will do my own due diligence that I don't report to your government, and that's why you can buy bitcoin cheaply using Wise.

Let's take it from the start. You are a newbie here, no history, no posts, no trades, nothing. Another (new) stranger among others. So, you post asking about buying BTC from a long-term trader (?) and not once but for 2 years. LOL man, you are a great joker!!!
Do you really believe that because you post with seriousness and say a lot but in fact, empty words and without security for the person who will sell you the bitcoins, you will find someone? Why do you need all of that and how do you put the rules on this? To show that you are legit? Those tactics here are well known.
Things are much more simple. Nobody will trust you to make a trade here, even if your fiat payment method is irreversible. Not for 2 years (lmao), not even for 1 time.

I have some comments and corrections
 - I want to sell BTC, not buy
 - People can trade on websites like paxful with complete stranger (possibly a scammer), because they can use trusted escrow. We will use such escrow too for sure, but websites like paxful or hodlhodl lack community feature and I cannot ask for a long term trade partner there.
 - lack of security is a problem for sure, but hackers tend to target centralized websites and websites like paxful has been already hacked before. I require physical address but it doesn't need to be your own residence address, it can be a virtual office or transfer service, or anything like that.

It's a p2p trading platform, safe, private, uses multi-sig wallets to minimize the risk of scams, and there are plenty of offers to buy bitcoin using Wise payments.

I looked into Bisq 1 and 2.
 - Bisq 1: You can search for trade offer more easily using payment method filter etc. There's no community function.
 - Bisq 2: It's hard to search for trade offer because there's no filter. There is a chat board functionality. Volume is low.

I'd look into Bisq 2 more and maybe get in touch with users there too, but the volume is low and hard to search.

Bisq1 is the what you'll want to use.  The community is on the Matrix IRC, and also here to some extent.  There are lot of us here on the forum that rely on Bisq as our primary On/Off ramp.  The chat functions on Bisq1 are limited to trading partners, and only available while a trade is active.  This done intentionally to enhance privacy and security, and to reduce node traffic.

Bisq2 is still in beta development stage, so yes, volumes are low.  Also, Bisq2 doesn't offer the multi-sig functionality of Bisq1, so it's more risky for the time being.

This is the weirdest form of "address verification" I've ever seen. Anyone doing this with a complete stranger on the internet is just waiting for a $5 wrench attack.

You want to "trade" crypto for fiat, so what's the purpose of sending anything to any address? I don't understand the meaning of it.

And you will continue looking for this, and the reason is up above. You are a total stranger, a newbie who doesn't offer anything in terms of safety for the buyer. Why would anyone make a trade with you when they can acquire BTC in almost any other safer/ trusted way?
