Economy is hard. Maybe you are from a rich family and that's why you don't feel the harsh side effects of current economy but believe me, it's hard for those who come from poor families but I'd admit and say that there aren't as many poor people as many claim. Age is a barrier. When I was still in my teen ages, I knew graphics design very well, I even got an offer from a local TV to start work as a designer after they saw my work but since I was a kid, they couldn't legally employ me. I still couldn't find a good job when I became an adult because I was 18, 19, 20 and people in my region don't take men of this age seriously.

Btw in a late age, it's hard to work because the body doesn't function as well as at young ages, so we should prioritize our 30s and 40s, this is the time when we are at our prime, mentally and physically.

We "survive" one way or another as a species if that's what we are talking about. Sure just because economy is bad, the human population will not end, but what happens right now is that we are way too overpopulated for this much wealth gap, and if we keep putting more wealth at the top, then we are going to face a lot more people stop breeding. Look at most nations, and you will see that they are not having 2.00+ birthrate, meaning that they are going to have less population in the future.

Most politicians talk about immigration for example, getting foreigners into your nation, some are pro-immigration and some are against it, but the way we are going, some nations will have such a little population that they will not have any other option than get those people, they will be forced to. I see a lot of words in the answers about how you can't work for a company and you need to start your own business. I disagree. Full-time work for a company gives excellent results if you devote your time to studying personal topics, such as cryptocurrencies. On a full-time job, you hire a dress for the hours spent there.
