 I'm considering a heart health routine for myself and not for clout  I have pretty well unlimited resources after my surgery so I'm educated on it and I wanted to warn that one hundred push ups a day could be very unhealthy if someone is does normal activities.

1. Repeating the same movement every day stresses wrists, shoulders and elbows, especially after form fades from fatigue.
2. Push-ups target the front of the body and if you don't balance back exercises or pull motions, you will have posture issues.
3. No time for muscle recovery, leading to SLOW build up.   Doing 200 every two days would be healthier, but not as catchy.

Unless you need to impress high school girls, there are much healthier ways to exercise.  (and promote bitcoin)  Smiley

Rather, it's a mega spam thread where people write that they do push-ups to get paid a few sats and, at the same time, try to earn some merit for writing about something that has nothing to do with speculation or Bitcoin. I emphasise the writing part because not even 10% of those who write there actually do the push-ups they say they do.

No, it would be better to do days of push-ups until failure, and even post-failure, and then rest for at least 1 to 2 days depending on the level of exhaustion in the session. Try to increase the load and your capacity in the long run, as well as establishing variations, such as incline push-ups, clap push-ups, or one-handed push-ups. That combined with not so exhausting sessions depending on how you feel that day.

But don't tell that to someone who has started a crappy thread to write nonsense about it.

Unless you need to impress high school girls, there are much healthier ways to exercise.  (and promote bitcoin)  Smiley

You're not going to impress them much by doing that rubbish.

As we hustle and look for Money and plan of becoming successful and achieving our vision and dreams that we have in our mind it's pertinent that we have a balanced life and take our health serious as the saying goes health is wealth you can't be thinking of making money when you're sick or death.
So let make our health a priority one way we can take care of our health is by going having routine check up on the hospital and eating of good food.
I don't think we have children in this forum, you will be telling them to take their health serious because everyone here no that without a good health, you cannot function well in your activities and if you don't want to act like other people , play with your health by not eating good food, going to the hospital for check up and have a good rest, my health is like investment to me because the more I take good care of my body, it make me to experience good health through out my activities ,and it hard for me to fall sick despite the hard work i am doing on the time.

The OP did a great job by reminding everyone of taking good care of our health's. It is not only children  that needs to be reminded of that. Infact I think this reminder is more important and mostly needed by the adults as we are most times carried away by work amd mostly cloud our minds with all the pressures from family and how you want to make ends meet. How you want to beat the targets we've set for ourselves amongst others. We forget to even take good care of ourselves because of all these so trust me we need these reminders once in a while just to refresh our minds on health and even other items

Its good you clearly understood and know what should be done and not to be done in other to maintain a healthy living in as much as you are consign, as for others yours could be extremely different from there's but still choose to go against them because of ignorance or and other reasons which then at last turns disastrous or even lead to more dangerous health challenges all because they fail to take there health serious at all time. In other to have i healthy life one must never joke with his or her health as its the key to a better tomorrow.

yea i absolutely agree all of us grinding for money and dreams on a daily but none of that actually matters the same if your health is not as good as it should be. Your body is basically your main engine and if it breaks down the grind stops whether you wan it to or not. that is why we need to balance by eating right, maintaining a workout routine and doing regular trips to the doctors. it is part of being successful and insuring health first so you can actually be around to enjoy the wins later.

Yo, facts! Chasing that bag is cool and all, but if your body’s trash, what’s the point? Health first, always. Hit those checkups, eat clean, keep it balanced. You can’t flex if you’re sick.

chasing the money means nothing if your body running on bad Health gotta be part of the grind too. go get them checkups eat real food and do not just live off vibes and junk. Cant flex success if you too sick to enjoy it. Secure the money but secure your health first cause without that you dont have nothing.

OP, valuable advice.

I find many of us sacrifice ourselves in order to achieve greatness. My admiration for my Mom comes from her work ethic. I love her to death but find she kills herself working so hard. I tell her to slow down, but honestly, she won’t because she has worked so hard for me and my siblings for so long that she is convinced it is her purpose. Word for word she tells me “I have accepted my lot in life”. I find myself also sacrificing pieces of myself in order to achieve greatness for those I love. It’s a vicious cycle.
