I think Donald Trump tries to stick to his word and not do anything that will harm the American people. He supported foreign policy and imposed high tariffs on the goods of countries that spoke or did anything against the Americans. Such as high tariffs on Chinese goods (at one point, up to 60%), and heavy tariffs on Mexican automobile products (even threatening to reach 200%). Donald Trump is not limited to these and also imposes sanctions in various ways.
high tariffs are basically just crazy, especially to your own neighboring country, which will basically just make domestic prices go up. indeed, this policy will not harm american citizens, but with the increasing price of goods can strain household budgets, especially for lower-income families, they may spend more money than they should. and it will also make the relationship between the two countries become strained, and make the progress of both countries, especially in the economic sector, will be disrupted. basically this policy is bad and makes things more chaotic than they should be.

Honestly so far his caused economic disability everywhere around the world with whatever his doing and it's a clear indication that his policies are bad! Some of the things his suggested had it not been for the judges, POTUS would have done more damage than what's already there!
The China tariffs he thought would make America great again , just exposed them on how much they need them, but now that they want to close themselves up, they should be ready to pay premiums for oil, electronic chips , farming inputs and inland produced items get to be expensive as procuring the raw materials to manufacture will now cost more, so Honestly i don't he thought through this before doing what his doing.
As it stands, it's him against the world.

I think it is too early to make a correct assessment of Trump's policies in his current presidential term. First, because they differ on many levels from Trump's policies in his previous presidential term, and second, because we do not yet know the effects of these policies on the US domestic economy. Trump surprises everyone with major expansionist projects such as occupying Greenland and annexing Canada to the United States. Only one of these projects could have a significant impact on the US economy if it succeeds as Trump plans. But at the same time, they are projects for potential wars that could break out at any moment and affect the entire global economy, as we must not forget that Canada is a country with a giant, prosperous economy and Greenland belongs to Denmark and does not want independence from it.
I fully support that it is still too early to be judicious of President Trump’s (arguably) expansionist approach; after all, policies often have unintended consequences so they are extremely difficult to judge based on short-term results. He seems to be taking a different approach in this term though and is acting boldly from the start. In his previous term, he may have been aggressive in his approach but everything seems much more subdued in comparison to now. Statements such as his ambitions for Greenland, and Canada, make huge headlines in the news for their suburb scale; this leads to questions regarding the execution of such ambitious projects. The economic impact of these projects seems undeniable, ‘yuge’ compared to previous policies whose economic logistics seems obscure at best, ‘indefinite’ at worst. I can see the point you’re making about the similarity in his geopolitical decisions – which may not make him the most successful and long-serving ‘expensive’ president if they enact future global instability or conflict, the office of which, as you pointed out, mainly caters to Canadian and worldwide markets. Greenland is legally, and I quote, politically and ethically part of Denmark who, even more than Canada, is ready to fight the Americans on this one after having spent 181 years under Danish rule. Some of Trump's plans may seem naive or arbitrary, despite his repeated emphasis on the seriousness of his intentions, but it has become clear that these plans enjoy the undeclared support of the American political class, since no one has declared their objection to them. Two days ago, negotiations began between the Americans and the Russians regarding the Ukrainian file, and it seems that America has abandoned its positions of solidarity with Europe and what resembles a cessation of cooperation. This point could help advance Trump's plan regarding Greenland.

Every day I become more sure about my speculation in previous page. That Trump is playing the madman and he may even be mad but the decisions made by the regime are not stupid. It's a plan to put pressure on various countries in different ways so that US regime can gets its way without shooting a single bullet so to speak. Otherwise if US loses Europe, they'll have nothing left. Europe is too strategically important for the US regime to let it go this easily specially since if they do, Europe would fall into the open arms of a much better partner and economically stronger China; then all the US plans for China would fall apart as well. [This is also why England is now Bregretting the Brexit these days...] This in my opinion is just a plan to put pressure on European governments and even go as far as carrying out a couple of "regime changes" in a couple of countries and install governments whom obey Washington orders better. One of those orders for example is purchasing super expensive US gas! Another one is to shut down various projects and cut their funding of different sectors (like healthcare, green energy, etc.) and put that money into military and then fight as US proxy against Russia...

Trump is doing exactly what he said during the campaigns, his promises to the American people. Those promises are why they chose him to save the American interest so you may say that he is causing problems for others but for the Americans, he is doing well for them. So, his policies is bad for most of the other countries but good for America and that is what he actually care about and not you and I that are not Americans. I think those policies should be seen as a wakeup call for other presidents to put their countries first in whatever decision they take or whatever policy they implement. I don't have a problem with Trump instead my problem is with my country politicians that are only serving their selfish interest in a very rich country like mine.

The title is a bit misleading. Everything has two sides, and after analyzing it broadly, it's clear that, true to his nature as a businessman, his economic policies tend to benefit the wealthy. 1.Tax Policy: He proposed tax cuts amounting to trillions of dollars, including expanding the 2017 tax cuts and reducing the corporate tax rate from 21% to 15%. 2.Trade Policy: He planned to impose new tariffs of 10%-20% on most foreign goods, with higher tariffs on Chinese products (at one point, up to 60%), and heavy tariffs on Mexican automobile products (even threatening to reach 200%). 3.Monetary Policy: The Federal Reserve should lower interest rates to stimulate economic growth.
Let the man assume office before all this speculations and I think it's fair to access if a policy works or not after at least first hundred days in office. Policies are still subjected to changes he can have some interactions with is trusted team and may be make some adjustments for now all this are propositions. Also going by what you just wrote I would really like to understand how it benefits the wealthy. In addition Donald might be a billionaire but you hardly find any president of the United States of America who is a poor man or doesn't have wealthy friends, let's be honest. So thinking that Trump's policy would benefit the wealthy because he is one is unfair. Correct me if I am wrong TAX CUT is something that would benefit everyone both the upper class and the lower class? tax cuts replaced by tariffs fuck poorer people more than richer people. I have. friend he is wealthy. at this moment in time he is 79 years old if he dies right now his family will not pay inheritance tax on his first 28 million of wealth. this cut ends and goes to 14 million on jan 1. trump promised to extend the tax cuts past jan 1. so 25% of 14 million is 3.5 million in savings. to any rich family. there are a lot of rich families that won’t pay on the first 28 million when the person dies. tarriffs cost every one in the world. a few bucks. Ie I buy a miner from bitmain I pay the tarriffs I lose money . I buy a turntable made in china I pay the tarriff. I do not get a savings of 3.5 million inheritance tax cuts. As no one in my case has 28 million to give away when they die. will trumps polices work no they likely will not. unless you are in the elite rich class. but since 1960 most us presidents polices helped the rich over the poor. the big exception was clinton as he did manage to feed money into the middle class for five of his eight years

[This is also why England is now Bregretting the Brexit these days...]
Some of my pro-Russia friends think that British people are very smart and they did the right thing by leaving the European Union because it will fall apart soon. I don't share this opinion but I wonder what you think about this statement. This in my opinion is just a plan to put pressure on European governments and even go as far as carrying out a couple of "regime changes" in a couple of countries and install governments whom obey Washington orders better.
I always thought that the USA was trying to install a pro-US government in countries where it had its own interests but they didn't do it in my country after 2012. A local government has been winning for over a decade, they aren't pro-west but the US has done nothing to fix this. Another one is to shut down various projects and cut their funding of different sectors (like healthcare, green energy, etc.) and put that money into military and then fight as US proxy against Russia...
There is a big debate on green energy. Some say it's bullshit while some say it's very important. I wonder what the truth is and how beneficial green energy is for us. Btw I understand the concerns, it's pointless if only a few countries care about green energy but the rest of the world pollutes earth.

I heard the news a little while ago and was surprised by some of it, as America announced that cooperation talks between Russia and America will continue on all levels, i.e. not only regarding the Ukrainian file, and that Russia will retain parts of Ukraine, which means that America agrees to that, and that the one who caused the war is President Zelensky, and that Trump reaffirms his ability to end the Ukrainian war quickly. What do you think?

Some of my pro-Russia friends think that British people are very smart and they did the right thing by leaving the European Union because it will fall apart soon. I don't share this opinion but I wonder what you think about this statement.
The Union is certainly getting weaker and smaller "unions" are forming inside Europe among different groups of countries, groups that have conflicting interests. I can't predict whether EU (or similarly NATO) is going to fall apart but the chances of it is increasing every day. What UK did was an attempt to try to gain more power and influence/dominance in Europe by leaving the Union (since they knew what they were doing back in 2014-ish with regards to starting the war with Russia and what that would do to EU) then come back to it as the "savior" later on. Little did they know, the problems they'd face would be big enough that nobody would see them as a savior to want them back in the EU. This is why England wants the war with Russia to continue. This is also why Johnson ordered Zelensky to tear the Istanbul Communique that would have ended the war 3 years ago. I always thought that the USA was trying to install a pro-US government in countries where it had its own interests but they didn't do it in my country after 2012. A local government has been winning for over a decade, they aren't pro-west but the US has done nothing to fix this.
They run their operations everywhere trying to install governments that favor them and pursue their interests! No country is an exception, neither your country nor mine nor any of their allies in Europe or elsewhere. They have tried to fix that in your country as well. It is done through trying to overthrow the government and through organizations that are hiding under some big lie, calling them NGO, something democracy, something human right, and stuff like that. Do you remember the protests against a simple and very reasonable law that demanded NGOs receiving funding from a foreign country to register? Remember how the Western mouthpieces were calling it "against democracy"!!! An act that exists in their own laws, for example in the US it is called FARA!!! That IS how they are trying to "fix" that situation and get their own way in your country... There is a big debate on green energy. Some say it's bullshit while some say it's very important. I wonder what the truth is and how beneficial green energy is for us. Btw I understand the concerns, it's pointless if only a few countries care about green energy but the rest of the world pollutes earth.
I have not done a real research into green energy itself to talk about it but what I can tell you is that US as one of the largest suppliers of fossil fuels is speculating that the age of fossil fuels is coming to an end in the next decade. So they think they have about 10 years to sell their oil and gas. I'm not commenting on correctness of this speculation but it exists in the US and it has turned into a policy. This is why Trump has been trying to lift all restrictions on oil companies (like environmental concerns) to increase production as much as possible. One of their main destinations to export US oil is Europe and they are selling them oil/gas at very high prices. If Europe manages to move to green energy and buy less of American fossil fuel or buy none of it (like replacing it with West Asian oil), it would be devastating for US government and its ever increasing budget deficit (which is explaining another conflict in West Asia disrupting that market for EU). So they'd rather EU spend its money on a proxy war with Russia rather than investing it in green energy. What do you think?
This is his madman strategy and it will not isolate Europe, it will only prevent Europe from making any kinds of deals with Russia that could help normalize relations or get the cheap Russian gas and oil flowing. That would force Europe to be more dependent on the US than before. It's a risky strategy because it can also mean Europe would become more dependent on China, but it is a strategy he is following... BTW I don't think the war in Ukraine will end any time soon. Trump is just trying to earn some money out of the situation. The talks could be negotiations on how to plunder Ukraine together without having to face off directly. For example it could be that the war continues in the East of Ukraine while US slowly takes of the West splitting the country into 2 parts. US could promise not to send certain weapons to Ukraine while Russia promises not to hit mines owned by the US where they steal Ukrainian resources. It is too soon to know for sure though... this is just a speculation based on a tiny amount of information that has come out.

I see this as the worst case scenario but in our nut job crazy world 🌍 why not do what I say.

Hasn't the world yet convinced that the biggest victim of the Ukrainian war is not Russia, nor America, nor Ukraine itself, but Europe. It is a real war of attrition for Europe and it does not seem to have achieved any of its declared goals. The problem has increased in what resembles involvement in this conflict without any possibility of going back or redressing the situation by repairing the tension between the belligerents. Today, even if Europe wanted to end the war, it would be forced to make more concessions in exchange for only ending the spending supporting Ukraine, and no one is demanding the return of the occupied territories or the independence of Ukraine. The war will end according to an agreement of interests that will include only America, which wants to achieve financial returns, and Russia, which wants to strengthen its geopolitical position. As for Europe, it is the biggest loser.

Personally I don't support everything that trump does but the policies he has implemented so far isn't bad at all in any way. For a very long time the united states has turned to something else due to the lawlessness taking over. A lot of people may not like it but trump actually came to restore order. So far the only thing he did that got people complaining is cutting off Africa from receiving funds for aids treatment, this means he's sentencing a lot of people with the virus to death. Most people are saying that he's still considering this decision he made, maybe he might change his mind.

Actually I think what ever policies He introduced should be given a chance. We should wait and see the out come of those policies first. There is a fact that remains that policies can be changed with time.
All policies has a way it reward people and also make some people suffer. The metric here should be the people that are gong to benefit from it should be more than the people that doesn't benefit from it, atleast 70-80% of people should benefit from every policy. Another thing is that when you see people crying up and down that a new government policy is harsh on them, check them very well you will notice it's because they are blocking where they are stealing money. This remind me of USaid people, all this while they were enjoying billions and millions of dollars within their cycle we didn't hear anything from them but all of a sudden when the government tries to stop the funding because there was no benefits to ordinary American citizen, they started crying like it's their birth right that was taken away but when some documents were brought out about corruption and how some of them has funded terrorism across Africa, they went silents. Very wicked people, they will all pay for their sins.

He doesn't really have any policies but seems to love banding the word "tariff" around like it will solve all problems. President Musk is busy gutting lots of prestigious parts of the US government that have helped it build power across the world, because he wants to step in and make money off all of these government contracts instead. Trump seems to flipflop back and forth with his ideas every day, just when it's pointed out how ridiculous they are he will backtrack subtly or get one of his minions to do it for him. He is courting America's traditional enemies while abandoning his allies, because America's enemies are dictatorships that he wants to impose on the American people so he can be the leader forever. There is no strategy, he is just a walking disaster.

But in your analysis you did not mention the rapprochement between America and Russia, which increased Europe's isolation even more.
This is not surprising. After all, Donald Trump, under the pseudonym "Krasnov", was an agent of the KGB of the USSR since 1987. This was stated by the former chairman of the KGB of Kazakhstan Alnur Musayev on his Facebook page. "In 1987, I served in the 6th Directorate of the KGB of the USSR in Moscow. The most important area of work of the 6th Directorate was the recruitment of businessmen from capitalist countries. It was in that year that our Directorate recruited 40-year-old businessman from the USA Donald Trump under the pseudonym "Krasnov", - wrote Musayev. https://world.comments.ua/news/germany/trampa-zaverbovalo-kgb-esche-v-1987-godu-gromkoe-zayavlenie-eksglavy-knb-kazahstana-760936.html#google_vignetteBack in the days of the USSR, the current US president had 284 contacts and 38 meetings with representatives of the KGB of the USSR. Putin now has good dirt on Trump, so Trump fulfills all the whims of Russia.

I don't have my own opinion on Trump's economic policy, but according to Joseph Stiglitz, Trump's economic policy is fundamentally wrong. This is what he wrote about in his books, in particular based on the results of Trump's first presidential term. Attempts to revive production will be unsuccessful, as it is impossible to compete with regions that have tens of times lower labor costs. In addition, the majority of the population is used to living on benefits, the amount of which is such that in other countries you can live like a king on the couch with the same money. I don't know how true all this is, but the reasoning at first glance contains quite common sense.

Yeah, they run operations everywhere but they are very weak and spend money very stupidly because I see what's happening in my country during the last decade. The local government is pro-Russian but the west had a very good relationship with them till 2020. The opposition party is labelled as pro-west but I don't think they are pro-west, I think that they are puppets paid by the local government to distract people because they are so stupid and so incapable, it doesn't even make sense to think they are pro-west. To be fair, I don't understand why many people labelling that law as a threat to democracy but at the same time, it's strange that the local government decided to sign this law today and not many years ago. Our local government is very shady.

And what happens if the U.K. and France decide to give the Ukrainian and Canadian governments nukes. while we are at it what happens if they give greenland some nukes.
In a way Trump’s treats to take Canada and Greenland along with Russian war with ukraine could justify that move.
I see this as the worst case scenario but in our nut job crazy world 🌍 why not do what I say.
To be honest, we all knew that Trump was a Russian puppet and already can see why people said that, while of course republicans will deny that because who would say "yeah I voted for a Russian puppet"? That makes no sense, even if the reality hits you on the face, people would jump hoops to make sure trumps actions do not look like a puppet, that's how they are. But the moment when all the courts, including supreme court, and congress, and senate all went republican, that's when we knew that Trump could do whatever he wants on the next 4 years, and maybe even challenge the two terms rule, not saying he will win, but who is there to stop him? Laws? He can change laws with all the power and seats he has, hell, he has supreme court, that's more than enough in most cases. So yeah, if Russia takes lands from Ukraine, and kill as many Ukrainians as he can, I can guarantee you, trump will blame Ukraine, and say Russia is right, that is just because he is a puppet.

I have heard many times about Trump's involvement with Russian intelligence, but I did not have confirmation from any reliable source. This testimony is very important to explain this Russian-American rapprochement on the most complex issues during Trump's previous and current term. However, this cannot determine the fate of relations forever because Trump will not remain in power after five years, in addition to the Russian-Chinese rapprochement that worries America. In any case, the biggest loser is Europe and its interests, which will be further damaged after the two big powers finish dividing the Ukrainian spoils without inviting the Europeans.

In any case, the biggest loser is Europe and its interests, which will be further damaged after the two big powers finish dividing the Ukrainian spoils without inviting the Europeans.
Trump and Putin's plans are not destined to come true anyway. Ukraine will survive in this situation. Trump's latest crazy actions have woken Europe from its sleep and this is very good. In the face of danger, they will finally unite and start acting. Ukraine will continue to receive all possible support from the EU countries, because they understand that it is Ukraine that has been really stopping the Russian horde for the past three years and can finally stop Putin's army. Ukraine now has a million-strong army, more than all European countries combined. (The largest army in Europe, the French army, has only about 200 thousand soldiers). At the same time, this is an army that has colossal experience in combat operations over the past ten years and which is actively introducing advanced methods of warfare, including the first to create a new branch of the armed forces - unmanned systems. Ukraine already produces almost 40 percent of the weapons it needs for the front itself and continues to increase the pace of its production. Trump and Putin can agree on anything. But their decisions will have no meaning for Ukraine. Ukraine will continue to fight. Putin can even announce the day after tomorrow, on February 24, that he has already defeated Ukraine and even all of NATO. But that will not change anything. And in the near future, in a month or two, events will occur that will forever bury the current plans of Putin and Trump. In addition, Trump will soon sharply change his rhetoric towards Ukraine to a positive one. So stock up on popcorn.
