Currently at $121k as at the time of this post, it has taken almost the shortest time to rise from the previous $112k to the current price. That's right, that's why I try to put things in historical perspective in this thread in advance. There were people selling in the April dip at $77K because if Trump's tariffs and whatnot. If you look at things in long term perspective you realize bitcoin will go to a million and beyond. Although the million will be a huge milestone.

I am 100% confident that bitcoin will be 1 million one day, but there is no "goal" in mind when you are investing for the long term. I am not going to sell when it reaches 1 million, maybe I will sell before that, maybe I will sell later. The goal should not be based on bitcoin price, the goal should be based on how much you need to retire.

For me, it is 200k dollars roughly, would be not a great life but I can handle that, but if I have 250k to 300k, I can easily retire. That is how you retire, so that means, for my case, if I have 200k dollars invested one day, I do not care what the price of bitcoin is that day, it could be whatever. And price of bitcoin I need changes, because I invest and divest time to time, so I do not have a set amount of bitcoin. If that was the case, I would say I have 1 bitcoin and waiting for 200k price, but I do not , I have less, and sometimes I sell, and sometimes I buy more.

Bitcoin is a long term investment, its worth is measured over the years. Bitcoin current ATH is less expensive compared to what the ATH of another two Bitcoin cycle will be in the future. Every moment is crucial when investing in Bitcoin, those who bought at previous ATH when Bitcoin hasn't crossed $100K, might have concluded Bitcoin to be very expensive, within a year interval Bitcoin has gotten above $100K and now heading above $150K, imagine procrastinating back then only to watch Bitcoin keep making new ATH. Peoples those are feeling this is too high price of bitcoin I am not giving them any intention because I am having different view about this because I am feeling still it's too low in coming few years it's going to be had too much increase and then still it's going to be had great potential.

Newbies or those are not well aware about potential of bitcoin can talk about this price is too high, but those are having good understanding of bitcoin and also understanding worth of this surely they are still in believe it's going to be had something unbelievable in coming years. Sometime back many were calling this Ponzi or bubble but now with the current price range it's 5th largest global asset, and I am expecting this is going to be second in near future as well with need good time for challenging Gold which is at the top.

As long as there is no flaw and it remains uncrackable it will go up.

The design is in place for it to go upwards for quite a while.

No reason exists right now for it to never reach 1 million.

Basically if some guy invents new math that can magically crack she 256 it fails but with out that invention it just goes up.

For we know as humans making a new math to crack sha-256 may be harder to do than rise from the dead.

I see 1million before 2035 for sure.

I read quantum computing is over estimated in any near term timeline and though its developing it wont be a factor any time soon and I dont see any other avenue would be a threat but Quantum in its remarkable development.  The fault-tolerant systems required are not yet viable.
   People had been assuming thanks to AI that somehow the advancement in that way also meant quantum would be the next big thing but that is not the case as its extremely hard to achieve the perfect setup to yield results and develop faster.   AI is practical right now but not a threat to BTC, if anything it will be a great aid and maybe even require BTC as an aid for transactions globally especially digitally.

By the time BTC gets to 1m dollars, the dollar itself will be a leaky bucket of value and lost quite a bit more.  Its unfortunately quite predictable and even planned failure hence I cant disagree or write off such targets as hype.
