It will be only a scam if you lose your money.

But for those who are winning big, then how can you call gambling a scam? There's a lot of proof already that someone has won big, thru lottery or even a jackpot in a casino so for them it's real as it gets.

However, for those that are losing money, they will call every excuses in the book and blame everyone except themselves and call gambling scams.

Gambling is not a scam because you were not promised to be rewarded after placing your bet. It's only a try your luck game which you are aware of. Mmmm I'm entirely speechless to this but then I needed to say this, gambling isn't scam but a medium of entertainment and fun but the issues of scammers is originated from casinos that may seem legit but end up scamming people of their money, so get it straight, the fact that you use your hard earned money to gamble doesn't mean gambling is scam.

You rushed into conclusion if you ask me because if gambling is a scam, it wouldn't last as long as we have seen and growing bigger everyday. No, gambling is not a scam!

However, smart players will always read the terms of use or at least the "fine print" in the advertising and know that you will actually have to work hard, invest a lot of money, be persistent and study some games to perhaps have a chance of making a profit.

I can see why you might think that gambling is a scam if you lost money doing it.  But really, its just gambling - a game of chance where the odds are against you and  the house makes money because most people lose over time.  If you go in expecting to get rich, sure you will be disappointed.  But that dosnt make it a scam.  Gambling can be fun if you set limits and only risk what you can afford to lose.  Ultimately theres better ways to invest your time and money if making a profit is the goal.  But its not a scam just cause the math dont work out in your favor.

The only reason anyone would conjure this type of thought in the first place is if they take gambling as a sourced for them to earn money - if you take it as a means of entertainment and only gambling isn’t what you can afford to lose you really won’t be bothered whether gambling a scam or not.

My guess is; you’ve tried to make profit from gambling but you’ve never been able to accomplish it and then you just turn to yourself and conclude that gambling is a scam and the more you try to chase that win the more money you lose.

You really need to be careful about gambling - while it’s a good source of entertainment it can also ruin your life if not properly managed - but still I won’t call it a scam because we all knew right from the start that winning in gambling is not guaranteed and that we can just go thought the whole session without having anything to show for it.
