The money earned by hard work doesn't mean all people have money management skills and all people know where to invest their earned money and where is not. The category of scam for some people in this context is sometimes different because they see the scam side only because some sites do not do their job properly and only want to take advantage of it or in another context those who really feel cheated because they play gambling but do not get the expected results.

I wonder what motivated the OP to compare gambling to scam because by definition of scam, gambling and scam have no connection whatsoever. They are two different things because gambling is based on your decisions and selections and also future live events that are not controlled by the gambling platforms. If you chose the right option, the gambling company will not be able to change it, so where is the idea of scam coming from? Gambling is not a scam and does not look like it in every ramification.

Based from your own decision and like what you have said the casino didn't ask for you to deposit though they'll do everything to excite you and attract you to play but the decison making still on you, if you choose to play then it's your obligation to control everything including your possible budget to use.
