I know we are gradually approaching the era where bots will handle all issues even down to withdrawal and deposits, including more complex complaints but for now we are still in the early stage of its innovation and we can't just afford to leave everything to it, most times I wonder what will happen if this bots fail, what if it sees an issue it wasn't trained to handle won't it result to losses.

Live agents for now are our better option until we have a perfect AI model that has been tested over the years and can at least handle 98% of gamblers complex complaints without error.

Well, that time isn't far when we are going to see those AI agent type bots, and those will be much beneficial for the casinos. AI models like Deepseek and Gemini and even ChatGPT are getting good each day and those are getting better at much fast rates. When it comes to AI things are far more advanced now a days then they used to be in 2022 or 2023, and now many people and businesses are using those AI tools effectively and there's chance that in future those can really help out casinos do have 24/7 live AI agents but still there's always going to be need for human customer support even if those bots reach extreme level of intelligence.

The thing is, it's not only about intelligence or the act of responding quickly with good accuracy, it's just that a bot or an AI agent cannot go above and beyond to get your problem solved if it's a complex one. Even if it manages to find a solution and forwards your case to the concerned department, you, as a customer, would still feel quite unsatisfied because the way a human operator can clear your doubts answer your questions and explain things, an AI agent can't do it because their responses will mostly be generic and bot-like.

It's true that the use of AI is becoming more and more prevalent over time; companies and even individuals are using AI models in most of their work to get assistant from them, but as far as customer support is concerned, I think it will still take a lot of time for AI to become perfect to manage this department because humans will usually want human support in most cases.

AI bots are still evolving and for now most of this AI models are still in their beta version. I believe as this bots gets more training over the years they will become better on solving more complex issues.

Having good live agents we know is a big plus to the casino. If the speed to which problems are resolved are quite fast. It will impress the gambler and will always have good feedback about the casino.

On that I think I agree with you, Bots work beat when paired with human. Sometimes it takes time for human to respond due to many customers to attend to and too much customers on the queue to attend to, this is where the help of bot comes in, they can easily attend to some people and even solve their problems if it not that complex.

Though humans remain the best, they understand you more better, and there answers are not even complex, they try to break it down to you in your own understanding. Both are still very important and plays a huge role in making customer service better.
I think you summed it up perfectly bots can definitely help ease the load especially when queues are long. They’re great for handling simpler issues quickly which keeps things moving. But humans are still essential for those more nuanced situations where empathy and deeper understanding are needed that makes whole experience smoother and less frustrating for everyone.

Well, I somehow agree with you, but I've been doing some good studies on AI models and I can probably say that the time isn't far when we may see extremely intelligent AI systems that might work well as customer support and it would be hard for a normal customer to even know that they're getting that support from a real human or from AI.

China is now in the race of AI and that means we will soon see so many new open source AI models and those models can be used locally like Deepseek. Things are changing in AI space and the time isn't far when many of the tech experts who study those AI models can utilize those to earn so much money, and freelancers can also get at extreme level by understanding those AI models.

Yeah AI is evolving fast but human support still holds the certain trust and empathy factor that AI struggles to replicate. I can see the advancements pushing innovation are impressive that could empower to integrate AI without huge costs. It’s less about AI replacing humans entirely and more about enhancing what we can do I think a hybrid model where AI handles the routine stuff & humans step in for complex, emotional or high-stakes situations.

AI is powerful tool to automate things and for basic support, AI chat bots can do this task very well. For more complex support, it needs humann from taking information from users, escalating it to responsible teams, and investigating case by case manually before giving user a final conclusion as well as support solution.

With AI level now, customer support can not 100% rely on AI chat bots, but in future who knows. At the present, there is need of human resource in customer support and complain from community about incompletion of AI support is understandable.

If Galactix.io company can assign more human resource to customer support, it will be appreciated by their users.

The use of AI are to complement on human efforts, we should also appreciate the fact that some are making every necessary efforts in making things becomes more easier for us to do, if these countries starting with the use of AI concentrates more on it and developed to a substantial level, then others will also be moved and try to give their own attempt over the use if same AI to make their technology go as well as they have always wanted from it, very soon, we are going to realized a competing era on the use of this and the success will depends on the most effective models used and their results.

AIs are machines and they are nurtured by human, taught by human. If human cuts information resources off, AIs will die and with a company, if you use AI tools, but don't give those machines enough information resources, and updates about your company, their support to users will be very bad.

Good or bad, it depends on how you train your AI tools with enough informative inputs for them to support your customers automatically. AI tools can be very powerful and helpful in boring tasks but some tasks need human.

Well said, they are not to have the same equal position if it were to be live on human chat, however, we still have some instances that these can also be set to notify on any active agent or representative in taking over once they see that their options have been exhausted already and a customer needed to be attended to, which is the more reason for escalation, then active customer agent may pick up from there to continue.

The principle of garbage in and garage out in our basic computer knowledge still applies to AI models. If we train our model and it doesn't over fit or under fit thereby not  generalising events it will surpass human thinking. Currently in our every day dealing with this bots I can say the only thing AI is yet to do is getting pregnant.

AI steals our information and retrains itself at every given interval. That is why they tend to get smarter by the day. It's the prompt we feed it with that it uses to build up new data for retraining. If humans fail to upgrade themselves as this AI bots are advancing many might get sticked in the revolutionary era.
