They also say in their tos that:

They should clarify on this. I believe, you can withdraw the other 900 bucks as long as you wagered the equivalent deposit. But if they are only allowing to withdraw the equivalent amount of deposit, that's a different story and they should state that in their terms.
I can agree on the 1x wagering requirement but the withdrawal amount after you fulfil their requirement should be whatever the amount you want to withdraw so long you complete their wagering reqmt.

You can also go over their terms re withdrawal of funds and it is only requiring 1x wagered of the deposit. So high likely, that you can withdraw the 900 bucks once you fulfil their wagering reqmt.

No mate, surely that’s not how that policy works.
It’s the same on most gambling sites and not limited to Galactix.io. The policy as you have it is an attempt to ensure gamblers aren’t using gambling sites for a means to launder money and as such, you’re required to wager at least 100% of your deposit. The winning isn’t of much interest here as,
Should you deposit and wager $100 and after that, you won $1000, you definitely would be able to withdraw all the $1000. Ain’t no one holding you back from your winnings if you’ve been able to wager the full amount.

Where you might encounter problems is,
If you deposited $100 but, wagered only $90 to win $1000, you would still be able to withdraw $1000 in winnings but, you wouldn’t be able to withdraw your winning of $1000 and your balance of $10 all at once. It would mean, you haven’t fulfilled the wagering requirement yet. Hence, $1000 can be withdrawn but, $1010, wouldn’t go.
