You're right. We can't totally abort scam in the space of online nomatter how we tends to educate the people around us. You are very correct on this because often times you see a lot of people dropping links on Whatsapp and some other social media platforms asking people to click on the links to join some online platforms not even minding what the outcome will be so I the op's sister was introduced by some one and the idea was for her to bring someone else so that the circle will keep getting longer.
