For example my friend got contact who offered to Him construction contract to do task wich he never done but money was 50k in 2 months.
My friend did watch youtube and learning all about this so it's a great example If you show the real numbers wich motivates people then they do everything.

I think people are tired of doing things for small money people want to get well paid.

Money motivates, and likely we have a lot downfall in society because people just not motivated for doing things for little money anymore, people don't compare themselfes with poor ones, when we look around now prior to chrstmas everbody seems to have money look around so many expensive cars around cities all around places in the world......all of this and show small money someone ?? that's not working really anymore! People now only move If they see money, If you live in usa nyc or florida states or California then you should get 7000$+ thats minimum

And many people "burn out" because they rather be homeless instead of doing for small money people have mentally hard to do things and put efforts in and still getting nothing and can barerly stay alive, so this situation will block just many people brains and they give up of everything they just give up it's a mental block they start losing feeling that they are valued in society.

I don't think so. When people are focused solely on money, they don't focus on their job, they are careless and inconsistent about it, because they aren't concerned about the quality of the service they are offering, as everything to matter for them is money. Motivation can't be based only on financial reward. It has to be based on the satisfaction of the individual in concluding his service with excellency. He must feel proud of himself for what he is doing, and as consequence, the money should come.

I've face a bunch of situations recently where the service providers were solely interested in money, asking for payment beforehand, talking about how profitable the niche of the market they were inserted was, but in the end, they lacked quality and didn't deliver what they promised to do. This kind of professional who want to see number is greedy and inconsequential. Stay away at all costs for your own good.

Though it's not fine to depend completely on funds when working, I've noticed that people who focus on getting paid fail to advance in learning what they're into. However, with money in control, people are willing to visit their offices without being forced or dragged to work. There is a price then there is quality that must be guaranteed, because every service must be done professionally and with satisfactory results. Do not immediately glorify it by imitating others, you need to show a characteristic where customers who have ordered are able to provide positive feedback. We all want to get paid commensurate to our skill and what we can accomplish in the fastest possible time. If you want to get paid with the right price, you have to go the extra mile, and you must also be good in the industry you are in.
There's nothing like getting paid the right way on the job you love, but if you're going to do the job because of the money and not because of the love of the job, the management will see you as someone who is just here for the money and will not become an asset to the company. Make yourself an asset first where you are working, and money will just flow.

At the end of the day, you need to weigh your chances in life. Either get a job or not, whatever it is. You won't be choosy if the options are limited. The person who offered your friend a job that he wasn't qualified for must have been dumb or in a hurry to get the job done as quickly as possible because no sane person would hire anyone without testing whether they know what they are going to do or not. Money is everything i should say but there would be those people that will make up some argument that money isnt everything but to think or know that these people who will be making up these words are already into those pinnacle of success or financially free kind of condition and thats why its so simple that they can be able to say such thing. For us who are struggling on living basing up on paycheck to paycheck then we will really be loving on having a life on which we do have that tons of money. Yes, there are indeed things in life that cant be bought by money on which at the moment that you will really be able to attain these things then you will be finding for more. Human beings are naturally greedy on which on the moment that they are seeing opportunities on making money then they will simply be diving into it and thats a normal approach. We do really love to achieve that others been able to do so. It might really that look simple but it isnt, we will really be able to realize that it was never been that easy yet there will really be tons of challenges that you will be able to experience along  the way. Having that motivation is something that what makes that push you further,for those who are serious on trying out to make changes into their lives then they are the ones will really be having those chance on having a better life in compared to other. Somehow not all people do end up successful because there are some instances or those individuals that no matter how hard they do try but still they do end up on failing continously.
