We've seen lots of false accusation made by people and maybe they have do that out of frustration and try to bother their community then think about that they can destroy their reputation if they post unverified claims against the casino.

Nevertheless, companies on their sides can not arbitrarily reveal all information about any user publicly. They have to obey to their own ToS and perhaps GPDR for securing customer information.

This is irresponsible gambling. If you lose, and you lose fairly, you should accept it, do not cry over spilled water, and blame the casino. People with this kind of attitude should not gamble; no casino will satisfy them. People who do these are trying to make money from gambling.

You are right and it is very annoying when someone claims to have been cheated or treated unfairly and other negative things about the casino they visited when in fact it was their own fault, and this often happens to beginners and they come in just to make up stories that are not true or that are actually their own fault and after it is revealed then leave like the earth has swallowed them and never come back.

I came here to ask and report this same issue, I have failed to reach anyone there after many tries to contact the live chat support, nobody is answering there for more than an hour, I couldn’t connect to an agent.
I’ve made a deposit of 18$ just to wager for Poker tournament, Xd, I lost them in a silly only game that works inside the platform which is on Spinomenal provider.

I have checked once again this evening, everything seems to work perfectly once again after few hours since I reported the issue. For people who asked me that the reason might be using a VPN, I can confirm not using any kind of VPN service or even changing my DNS or network. I believe it’s a bug issue from the platform probably restricting access for few countries or something like that.
Now everything works fine, but hopefully we don’t see this happen again, otherwise it’s a big problem and many players will run away from to avoid things like that.

Moreover, the other thing that annoyed me is the absence of live chat support all this time, I still can see my conversation open without an answer, no agent joined there, and now opening a new one just to see if the old one is just missed by them, but for no after 15 minutes, it’s the same thing without any help.

Good to know that the problem got resolved. Experiencing such issues is not a big deal as long as it doesn’t happen so often and gets resolved quickly and, most importantly, doesn’t affect users’ funds.

On the other hand, what’s not that cool is the lack of communication and not informing users about these issues in real time. The unresponsiveness of live support is not acceptable, to be honest, and I hope the will do something about it as soon as possible.

Probably it's just some maintenance things that they have to worked on for a few hours. And as said, everything is fine for now and that the issue has probably been fixed already.
