Nah, when I play poker I don't use any other part of the site. Also I never even logged in from my phone. It's so strange. While playing poker the site literally reloads itself and I am suddenly logged out. Even if I would reload it myself I would not be logged out. Well, what you said is true, does happen but never happened to me with any casino though, but I've sure experienced such with other websites where I am online using my laptop, then I open my browser on mobile where a tab of the same site is open, and before I know what's happening, I get automatically logged out on my laptop with a message that I logged in from another device.

The above is just a case scenario though, very possible to happen, but on the other hand, the issue might be from the backend of the casino though, maybe some coding or programming error that needs urgent fixing, I believe the team should look into the case and ensure it doesn't happen again just incase it's from their backend, can be annoying really.
