About truspilot , satisfied people will not go there and leave bad reviews.

In this forum alone, there were some casino abusers who had the audacity to write lengthy scam accusation posts. In other cases, it was also revealed, some were barking at the wrong tree or had the wrong idea about something.

It wouldn't be so surprising if a similar situation could occur in trustpilot that is much more popular than bitcointalk. Hence, I believe a discussion is necessary. I think it's only fair that we hear both sides of the story first.

As already written elsewhere, this does not necessarily mean anything. You can also google “BC.game scam” or “Amazon scam” and you will find more than enough “testimonials” which should indicate that the respective writer was scammed by the casino.

New accusations against Casino X or Casino Y are also made almost weekly here in the forum. In most cases, however, it turns out that the poster in question deliberately violated the ToS and that the casino was therefore in the right and had to refuse to pay out. In some cases, this even went as far as falsified KYC documents being proven against the accusers.

I therefore have little confidence in Google reviews, as they are not verified. However, if there are more (justified) accusations, e.g. on BTCGosu or here in the forum, I definitely attach importance to them. However, this is not the case with 1Win. )

It was your comment here made me to go and check the website/casino in some of the review sites and from Trustpilot https://www.trustpilot.com/review/1win.org.ua the casino is reputation is not good. And it has a lot of complains there about delays in withdrawal which I'd the most dangerous aspect of any casino and also poor customer support services. Really the recommendations from the reviews are not encouraging but the casino can prove them wrong by doing the right thing here in the forum.
