Quick market switching is done! It has a search option and a dropdown. It looks and works great, thank you (and I guess others as well)! So what's next? I mean probably you will fix the chart tools, like different viewing options, interval time, lines, stats, etc? How about the viewing of the Order Book? I mean how deep a trader can see on it?

So yesterday/today we were working on getting the Faucets up and running. Working on integrating Solana and Bera chain next. I was just talking to Ted from Tatum team about that (since we use Tatum KMS for their top notch security and ease of integration). Meantime our listing team has woken. Hopefully we will have some coins coming up to list soon. I'm always delighted to have users use my work; so totally looking forward to this! Order book depth - currently the screen shows a depth of 50; but we need to add more control there to choose order depth (like 50 or 100) + decimals (like 0.01, 0.001, etc)

So yesterday/today we were working on getting the Faucets up and running. Faucets for every coin or some? Limitations vary depending the user's volume/ tier/ level? I mean how this will work? Meantime our listing team has woken. Hopefully we will have some coins coming up to list soon. I'm always delighted to have users use my work; so totally looking forward to this! Listing in the Beta version? Maybe it will be better to list any new coin after you launch the official version or it doesn't matter? Just wondering, that's all. Yes, this is exactly what I mean and I'm happy that you are on the move for doing it.

So suppose I own some Pepecoin (which I do) and I want to make a faucet to share it with frens and help the community grow. I can make a faucet (see pic below) and share the 'Claim from faucets' link with anyone. My Faucets: View Faucet / Claim: I hope that help clarify it! Listing in the Beta version? Maybe it will be better to list any new coin after you launch the official version or it doesn't matter? Just wondering, that's all.
Beta is still a fully functional platform, just some features will be like 'coming soon'. It will not negatively impact our users (both coin owners and traders), it's just they will see new features added every few days. Naturally we will take extra care during the beta period like additional manual checks on all aspects. Once we see no problems for about 1~2 months and most features stabilize we will remove the 'beta' tag. The advantage is for coin owners actually we are offering highly discounted or free listing based on the coin. Plus some additional features which would become paid features after beta ends. Also we are actively revising things like withdrawal fees and stuff to ensure it aligns with what we're hearing from our users

Thank you for clarifying the Beta version, I always thought that the "Beta" versions were in some way incomplete. Can you tell me if someone wants to change his "Username", how will do it? It seems that is bonded from the moment someone signs up. Also, I tried to validate my e-mail but I didn't get any validation e-mail.

But it was really quite usable right since the beginning. It just means 'This is usable but there's more coming; watch this space ' Username - yes at this time it's permanent. Email - validations are indeed sent; you may just need to try once again. Does it show any error or does it say 'validation email sent'? If you tell me the approximate GMT time when you try next, I will check the logs to identify the problem.

Next stop will be changing my password, just to see if and how it works. Btw, faucets work great.

We are talking to many coin project teams and will probably bring some of them onboard in the coming few weeks. SOL integration is partially done, and will be ready in the first week of April tentatively. Currently we are able to support tokens on ETH, AVAX, TRON and POL (MATIC).

Don't misunderstand my question, just out of curiosity, but do you charge your potential coin/ projects listings on your exchanger? It's something that, IMO many people will want to know as a piece of information. Almost all the exchangers said that they don't charge anything. At least, that is what they said.

No it's a fair question. We do have listing fees but they're quite low compared to some others. I think they all charge a listing fee without exception. Specific info about 'how much' is charged is at https://trade.nestex.one/listingWe are deep-discounting the listing fees now while we're in Beta. Maybe the first few coins will be zero listing fees. I'm not the decision maker on this but this is what has been agreed upon by the core team.

I believe the same, but the owners of other exchangers said and insist otherwise. I guess only developers and project owners can tell us more. However, you will need some specific requirements from their teams, even if you don't charge them. In any case, the decision will be tough for you (as a team); there are more than a lot out there.

Wanted to share with the community that our first officially listed coin is now onboard.
Coin name: Aegisum Pair: AEGS / USDT Congratulations to both of you. For start, I'm doing some faucets, and soon I will make my first deposit. By the way, I wanted to ask you which chains do you support in the exchanger for BTC?

Lightning and WBTC support will be done in future. We are currently wrapping up wallet integrations on Solana, Bera, Arbitrum, Optimism and will move to 'activated' wallets (where an invoice id / reference id is generated to track deposits but the public address remains common... Such as BTC Lightning) after that is done. We have a long way to go. I look forward to getting there smoothly and steadily

I see a new faucet listing, DogecoinEV. However, there is a small issue with the font, at least I'm my end. Nothing special, but it's better for everything to work properly.

Hi we applied a fix for that Let me know what your experience has been using the platform. If there's any technical glitches or anything that seems functionally out of place, and I'll get it fixed pronto! Thanks again

Hello there and Happy Easter as well! It's been almost a month since the start of the exchange, so can you share some numbers? I'm not saying to tell about profit, etc, numbers, but like how many users are joining it, which is the most traded coin/ token/ meme, and such kinds of statistical numbers. I guess it doesn't hurt anyone on your team to share such information. By the way, the BTC market looks a bit empty of orders.

'speed of team's response: I wanted to do a live chat / telegram / realtime, but our lawyer says using a support ticket system is better. weighing pros and cons.'
AI has, in just a year, profoundly changed what I understand as 'Support.'
So, speedy is good; but stating how long Support will take to get back to you is IMHO more important: 'We'll get back to you within 48 hours.'
Next: if the exchange is trading in English, your staff gotta be native speakers. Crypto is complex enough without doing it via Google translator.
And lastly, your exchange will get a good reputation is your Support staff can communicate honestly and directly. The world has become a madhouse of 'corporate talk.'
Customers don't want to hear, 'How may we utilise our competencies to achieve a positive outcome for you in respect of your Ticket Number XYZ on Nestex, the exchange that blah blah blah.'
Simple is good.
Hope you are well,
IndiaMikeZulu

~snip~ Can you please be more specific about what happened with the exchanger support team? As far as I understand, you contacted them, but you didn't get any response? Or you get a response, but it wasn't within the 48-hour period? I'm a bit confused.
