It's hard for me to write such a big text in English, so I'll write it through a translator.

Here's the situation. I won from the drop of 5$ that gave away in the telegram channel official 6000$. I played and I was very lucky. Managed to win 700 dollars and decided to play keno (risky) 9 figures on the heart mode with doubling the rate. Got to 40 dollars and won x100. A little more playing won more money but when I saw that I started to lose I ordered a payout of 2200$.

But not thinking long when there was left on the balance wanted to play more and all lost. But I wanted to make a deposit from the money that I withdrew just recently, but noticed that the money did not come to me. I went to transactions, the operation is “Verified”. I think, well, I'll wait. It's been a couple hours and it's still “Checking”. I decided to contact support. They said that you need to confirm the address. But before that moment I had already passed KYC2. So I guess it's not that complicated. I made a bank statement. Successfully uploaded and just in case I wrote to the support. I see that KYC3 is pending. Decided to wait and I see that the verification is “Completed” After a couple of hours of uploading them.

I wait a couple more hours, no payout. I write to online support and they write that I need a manual check. Immediately I see something wrong here and began to look for reviews on the Internet. Stumbled upon a site where they accuse everyone literally about fraud in multi-accounting. But how can I have a multi-account if I have 1 account and that I registered by referral program from a well-known channel on Telegram.

Why I decided to create a topic here. Because tech support refers to manual verification (although they have already checked my documents, I wrote a screenshot above). But they are still checking manually (although you can see that it says “completed”) If they wanted to check manually so would not write, it's a fact.

After reading and analyzing all the reviews I want to write one thing. That this way they do not want to pay the winnings. And I am not the only one. So I want a fair solution. I haven't slept for two days after this win. I urgently need money because my mother lives in the territory where the constant shelling and I want to help her.

Sad experience and sorry for the delay in your withdrawal, but I think this case is not up to creating a scam accusations on shuffle casinos and still you can move this thread to reputation board of the forum and let the discussions continue from there, but I am very sure that you are going to get your withdrawal eventually if all thing's is as you have explained to us, besides that also you may try to reach their representative here via message on make a comment on their ANN thread here to see if you will be helped by escalating your request.

I understand perfectly well. But people have been waiting for 2-3 months and there is no reaction. Of course I may be very wrong and I hope I am in a hurry. But waiting 2-3 months is a lot. Try uploading it on YouTube and then share the link of the video here with us - personally, I can’t risk downloading a file that was shared by a random user online because there is a risk of it being a malware ( that will reduce the amount of people that will view the video).

Just try  and create a new YouTube channel, upload the video(s) and then come back to edit your post or just and a new comment with the link, that is far better than this one.

I'd say we give it a bit more time for the whole process to complete. But I do think, since you have posted here, your case will be escalated. Hope it all goes well. I'd be interested for an update/s.

If you know that the person is not qualified to be paid of the winning then draft out the offenses of the person and send to him and after when he.has finished reading and see his offenses then he will k know that the problem was from him and not turning the person up and down. And if the person didn't do anything against the casino then pay the person if his win. What is happening to the giant casino Shuffle.com? They are no longer trustworthy anymore. The accusations are coming in everyday.

I might be wrong in this case, I don't know how long the withdrawal request have been pending, but if it's not up to 24 hours yet, then I advice that you should have been patient and wait At least for two days, some platforms (not just casinos) take more time to process large amounts of money, and this is because such transaction usually get verified and sent manually, and if the one responsible to handle this at the time was very busy or maybe even absent from work, you discover that such transactions requiring manual verification and processing will take alot of time before it's processed.

Shuffle has over the time since they got on this forum maintained a good reputation to the best of my knowledge, every casino once in a while will get into misunderstanding with customers who won't hesitate to write bad reviews, so, until a casino is indeed confirmed to be a scam, it's not really a scam.

The thing is, it's been more than a day. More than three days to be exact. It's just weird. The stake took less than a day to check, the others almost immediately. And there's a problem.
