If you are a legit representative of the casino in question and this is your first post, I have to say it is not a good impression. You certainly have not treated your customer appropriately.
Why it is so difficult for you guys to at least convey clearly about the progress of his verification (which prompts mysteriously every time after a decent cashout request)?
Your official founder @ndumm has not even come to this thread to respond which is not a good attitude towards such queries.
Or do you think it is OK for you to delay cashout for a couple of days (is it the new normal?).
I am sure you must have some sort of automation for KYC so why not let OP know what is wrong with with his documents? (If anything at all?).
Delaying cashout affects very negatively new impulsive gamblers and can easily lead to loss due to stress and anxiety. OP you are rightly thinking of cashing out your winnings and doing some real-life things (like helping your mom).

And if you already want to be accurate, then it is better to do these checks when you print for the first time, so that there are no problems later. For some reason, I hardly believe that they will take me out. I communicate with guys well from steak. They already know my situation. If the withdrawal process is delayed for 10 days, they will simply stop visiting the shuffle site and forget about it. I also don't understand why they do everything secretly. You should give him time he would get back to you. As i see from your post, he replied you yesterday so you have to be patient with him and see how it goes. He is only a bounty manager here but I believe his reputation would warrant a speedy check into your case to making sure it is resolved as quickly as possible because as he manages their signature campaign here. You just have to be patient with the process as long as you have nothing to hide.

Alright guys. The check is going on for 7 days and it is not clear how much longer. I want to report fraud. Their support always responds with the same message. If you think that 7 days of this is not enough to check my bets, deposits, etc., then the casino is simply weak. They will never return my winnings.

That's what support has been writing to me for 7 days. They are even too lazy to explain that they are checking. There are no contacts with these people who check. In general, I was cheated and my winnings will never be paid

I have heard of cases where some gamblers had to wait months to get their funds successfully which is why you still have hope as long as you didn't do anything illegal and did everything by the book.

Also, @Little Mouse is trying to help you at his own pace which itself is a good thing since some managers in this forum would completely ignore you. Patience is key.

Get your acts right and dont beg on this forum, you will get banned if you don't delete the addresses you posted above, such attitude is totally prohibited here on this forum.

And besides, what you did above is beginning to give me the impression that you possibly do not have any issue with shuffle, maybe you are doing this simply to gain sympathy and through the same medium, scam kind hearted people.

Take your issue to the scam and accusation board, and provide evidence proofing your case with this casino, else, simply lock this thread and move on with your life.
