As I understand it, Little_Mouse can’t do anything at all. Why is it only recommended to contact him?
He is just a marketing manager, as far as I know he is working for them so I do not think he will have any influence in the management or in their security department.

You should give him time he would get back to you. As i see from your post, he replied you yesterday so you have to be patient with him and see how it goes. He is only a bounty manager here but I believe his reputation would warrant a speedy check into your case to making sure it is resolved as quickly as possible because as he manages their signature campaign here. Alright guys. The check is going on for 7 days and it is not clear how much longer. I want to report fraud. Their support always responds with the same message. If you think that 7 days of this is not enough to check my bets, deposits, etc., then the casino is simply weak. They will never return my winnings.


"Hi there, we are not able to provide an estimate for this process. The compliance team is currently manually reviewing the verification submission. Once that process is completed we will reach out to you."

That's what support has been writing to me for 7 days. They are even too lazy to explain that they are checking. There are no contacts with these people who check. In general, I was cheated and my winnings will never be paid

I have heard of cases where some gamblers had to wait months to get their funds successfully which is why you still have hope as long as you didn't do anything illegal and did everything by the book.

They asked for kyc to let me withdraw my money I completed all steps and verified now they still don't want to give me my money and they say still under manually review and they don't give a frame time and they just kick me out from chat I decided to contact shuffle owner Noah I contacted him he asked me about my user name then after few hours he blocked me he is the boss is scammers he make this company just to steal money from player please guys stay away from this site you will just lose even if you got lucky and win they will kick you out without reason I deposited 15k in total and never withdraw I'm down like -11k I had only 4k left to withdraw and they didn't let me to withdraw my money what a shame site I'm waiting from 30 December to get my money until now 05-01-2025 they just keep kicking me out

We all know this is bullshit. I am happy OP got his $ at least as there are minimally 500 I know of total more than $1.4M that have not. If you count me also then add $5M to that figure.

Also disagree with this, who am I though? Only a person who contacted him way long ago and he did nothing. It's clear this site will scam everybody saving face for a select few. We all know this is bullshit. I am happy OP got his $ at least as there are minimally 500 I know of total more than $1.4M that have not. If you count me also then add $5M to that figure.

Well because I just noticed also the title says "update paid out" and was last updated on dec 19 by the op. However I am not sure the OP did get paid out so really whats going on? @pavelmarty
