I am seeing some money $30 in my bc.game wallet. I have not deposited this money. If it is something which happened by mistake please look into it. I am presuming this as there were lot of bugs in bc.poker, especially it counted final ranking wrongly at that moment. I also request other members to have a look into their wallet on bc.games. The amount is in LTC.

About this, did anyone record the ranking of the competition that day? I will manually distribute the rewards to everyone correctly for you later, and those who received them by mistake don’t have to worry, we will not take back your rewards. Maybe check the rollover requirement first, that might be the problem. Free funds always need a rollover, you can find it under all the options on the upper right corner. I would be more clear where to find it but at the moment I can log into my account cause I took a break from BC.
Anyway, there is a rollover tab that tells you how much you have to wager for bonuses, deposits and other free funds.

No, there is nothing. You can check the screenshot. They would not have let me cashedout in the first place if that was the case.



I thought of capturing the cashout process in the video (it would have been good) but they asked for a phone number and at that point I had to stop recording and did all steps without recording.

No problem from my side, if they can fix ok if not i hope they can fix it for the next time, also i see this as a BIG thing to fix, and plus i dont know how that cant work properly.

I believe it's the maintenance causing that because I can't even see the client in the menu on my end:



Once the maintenance is over and the client is back online, then you should check again, and if the issue persists, you can either contact their support or the representative from here to have a look at the issue you are facing.

By the way, congratulations on getting that $30 for the wrong positioning.   Did you make the $100 that you were trying to withdraw with the same balance?

I am having a horrible experience on this platform. Now they have suspended my withdrawal and tip permissions as if I have done something wrong. Totally not acceptable. I have made the video to return the favour, but this kind of behaviour is an insult to my time, energy and intentions. First I had to deal with the chatbot who could not even understand my problem, and then after hours of waiting the customer support's response was pathetic too.
@icopress and @bc.poker please solve this issue ASAP.

Yes i just open my account to check if the funds from the tournament was redistributed and see to help with info, but i see Poker has vanished from the page, they for sure are working into some upgrades and fixes.

After this message from memehunter, I too checked my balance and yes I too was awarded 48 BCD which is equivalent to $48.



As klarki had previously mentioned how the rankings that are shown at the completion of tournament were wrong and on that ranking, Betwrong was 1st with 72, I was 2nd with 48 and memehunter was 3rd with 30 points. So this could be due to the automatic distribution set for the first three place but the ranking was wrong due to a bug. We might have been the first table to finish and it might have registered us as the winners.

Yeah, because by the time I'm writing this, the poker client is still unavailable on the platform. They are probably fixing the bugs and looking into the issues and implementing suggestions that were posted in this thread after we had that tournament.

That was a customer support from BC.game right? BC Poker and BC game teams are different which was probably why they are kinda clueless and not to mention that the site is still ongoing maintenance right now. Just gotta wait until they go back up I guess

I have sent an email earlier today to bc.game as I was accessing poker through bc.game. I think I will wait for some time before sending a PM here. I am sure they already know about this. I was mad because of their actions but now that I am aware of the update which is going on, I think I will wait for their response by following the advice of another reputed member below;

As soon as the platform update issues are resolved, the prizes will be distributed correctly... I will immediately start discussing the launch of another freeroll on the terms that we all discussed here.

Hey bud, sorry for taking so long.Your account has not been topped up on bc.game, but you have withdrawn a lot of money (more than one hundred dollars is a lot for someone who has not topped up), so it triggered our risk control system. I have manually removed it for you.
I'll explain why this is the case, it may also be helpful to other people's situations.
