Hey bud, sorry for taking so long.Your account has not been topped up on bc.game, but you have withdrawn a lot of money (more than one hundred dollars is a lot for someone who has not topped up), so it triggered our risk control system. I have manually removed it for you.
I'll explain why this is the case, it may also be helpful to other people's situations.

I have not even cashed out a single cent from your platform ever. If $100 bucks is a lot for you I do not know what to say.
 And now, you have put me on mandatory KYC mode??? What is this now? This is certainly not expected by me. So if someone wins big he has to do KYC?? I have no problem with it but just want to let everyone know. I will also edit my Youtube video accordingly which is getting a lot of attention. This is not done.

In any online casino, if you withdraw money without any deposit, it will be marked as a risk by the risk control system, right?

Since this happen i feel like some of the BC politics about start to ask for KYC or proof have a low limit or roof quite low, for example i withdraw a little ammount a few times back and they started to ask me for something (i dont remember what was, it was not pure KYC but was something similar, a cellphone or something like that).

It can be possible for some trusted or well know accounts from the forum to dont have to pass for that?

I am seeing some money $30 in my bc.game wallet. I have not deposited this money. If it is something which happened by mistake please look into it. I am presuming this as there were lot of bugs in bc.poker, especially it counted final ranking wrongly at that moment. I also request other members to have a look into their wallet on bc.games. The amount is in LTC.

You should have made it clear that it was a no-deposit bonus and would require ID and residence proof in order to cash out. You did not because it was not a bonus that I activated or asked for, as nothing was showing in my rollover tab. I am not even mentioning the fact that I made a 3 hr video just to return the favor.
IMO it shows your attitude towards common players and I am not sure if I do not have my whole session on record or if I was not aware of this forum, things would have settled so easily, because customer support was absent for the whole time and I have yet to hear a response of my email which I sent.

Any way you have taken extreme steps without any suspicion. Meanwhile, you kept my account in deposit and play mode only. Any compulsive gambler would have lost the funds in frustration.

I don't like to go to live support for many issues because most times casino support doesn't feel very informed. They just give users a prewritten response from the casino support handbook and are usually not very accurate. I feel like the rep here should have more information and if they care about the forum or their product they would try to give us updates on what's going on.

Its because some of the gambling sites around here hire 3rd party customer support to handle their live support which was why you would notice in some sites, the customer support would just give nonsense format based response because they totally got no clue about the site at all

Looks like they are busy tracking & hunting scammers...

Maybe, but just maybe, they should shut down poker for a while and improve it. I don't know how good the team is behind this, I wouldn't want to get into that, but there's a lot of quality advice & recommendations here on the forum in their ANN threads. It's not even so hard, they can hire someone they think has the most constructive comments... I have at least a few of them in mind without too much thought & research.

Good to see you are setting the standards for fair play. You should consider a separate prize pool for reporting cheaters and colluders. One more thing, when you ban any cheater you must check all his hand histories and the money must be returned to honest players who got cheated.
Of course, everything has to be back by evidences, publicly available.

Good job to our bcpoker team for busting and hunting the abusers. I didn't think that there were a lot of them. Anyway, all in fairness people who probably have thought that they're cheated will get justice.

Of course, everything has to be back by evidences, publicly available.   

Usually, casinos won't disclose this kind of information but let's see if they will. But in regards to whether they'll show or not, I guess that others see how bcpoker is fair in their investigation.

I have conducted serious investigations for an Indian Poker poker room in the past. I presented them with a video showing clear chip-dumping and collusion. The platform in question paid back all the honest players (including me) and credited some tournament tickets as a bonus. Simple banning is of no use in crypto casinos.
I also remember GG Poker also paid back honest players (from their own pocket) after banning hundreds of accounts. IMO nothing can beat standards of Pokerstars when it comes to fairplay, I remember reporting three players on Omaha table and within 10 minutes they took action, I was winning anyway so I did not receive any money that time.

Well, it's very understandable, knowing that poker is a skilled based game and the only way to know who a true winner is only by fair play, and providing a fair playing ground for the player is clearly the responsibility of the casino.
So, if by any means it is noticed that some players are cheating through or by any means, it simply means that the casino has failed in their simple duty, no casino wants to he tagged as a failure in any area, this possibly explains why they are always quick to take action on issues like this, since this is what they owe the customers who trusted them well enough and choose their platform amongst several others out there.

Anyways, I am still trying to perfect my skill in poker, I've been watching videos on YouTube on how to play this game 😁, I can't wait for that day I did feel confident in myself well enough to bet some money on the game lol.

I agree with that. While the software still needs several fixes and improvements it's good to see that security has a high priority. I had my fair share of being cheated by some scumbags on nitrogensports poker and SWC in the past. I always reported everything and even though collusion was so blatantly obvious these sites never even moved a finger, that's terrible customer treatment and basically gives a hall pass to all scammy behavior.
Sites that take poker and security serious should always act fast and hard so that scammers know their behavior won't be tolerated in this place. Good job!
