And yes, it's been 18+ days I have been waiting and it's been frustrating
1) I got ban from moderators from the Telegram group after questing help. I have many screenshots of a convo with 2 moderators that talks with me in DM telling me to wait and it will be credited, a few days after they
start ignoring all my messages (always talked to them in a good manner) and suddenly I got ban from the BC.POKER Telegram group
2) it took almost 3 days to get my first answer by email - eventually they were replying, but same thing, after maybe 4 or 5 messages they eventually stopped replying to my emails.

Unacceptable and totally unprofessional  behaviour, which is totally not expected from a professional brand. Have you pmed  @BC.GAME and @BcPoker ?
Don't worry, you will not get banned here for asking questions.
IMO, there has to be a technical aspect for the delay, but they should keep you in the loop.

I have also nudged one very reputable member regarding your case, and he said that he will contact the appropriate person. You should wait a couple more days (I know you have waited so long, and it is totally unacceptable). I am confident there has to be a technical glitch or something, as the casino in question is the sister site of a very reputable casino brand.

A very unpleasant situation. You did the right thing by writing about this incident here on the forum. I don't understand why you were blocked on Telegram, it's not nice of them. Especially since 8000 dollars is a lot of money.
I think everything will be fine and you will get your money back. BC GAME is a world-famous casino with a good reputation. Let's see how it will be in your case.

Well guys.. almost a month since I deposited 8000$ - contacted the support many time on there email / support page.

Sent messages on twitter, here, most place I could try to reach out.

No reply ever - no solution - no money

It's fair to say at this point that I assumed I got scam by BC.GAME / BC.POKER and I don't recommend anyone depositing there money on this site.

Yes you have to be very very careful with this site. There's just no support.

I have been playing on the platform for a while and then all of a sudden my account has been frozen. The problem being there is no support that ever replies anywhere. I can never withdraw my money because i cannot access account or contact anyone.

This place is extremely dodgy. Be very very careful here.

Please do not put money on this site. They are operating some type of scam. They just lock accounts and provide no support at all. They just muted my account on telegram and made it impossible for me to get support.

They now just mute and remove people from the Telegram group if you ask for support. You have nowhere left to turn so they just steal your money. This is a very sad situation for many people.

I will start full blown scam reports against them if they don't start communicating with people. As it stands they are just stealing money left, right and center, which is bizarre considering bc.game has a relatively ok rep.

I'm currently trying to get a contact of BCPoker compliance staff from my BC contact and establish a means of communication with them as [even though they're sister casino] they're handled by different divisions and have their own compliance division. If you get a line with them can you ask them why they froze so many accounts and now don't communicate with any of them? Many people are stuck at a dead end with funds locked away and no paths to go down to fix the problem.
