If I may be frank, I don't have the time or urge to read 17 pages of posts, so if you can list them to me, alongside with their UID, I'll convey to my contact when and if the line of communication has been established.

Unfortunately people cannot get their UID without logging in. To log in you use your email. It's not until you are logged in that your UID is displayed. After waiting 18 hours for them to reply about my case and all the details i have given them, this is what they reply:

'Hello and welcome to BCPoker! I hope you’re having a great day! How can I assist you today?😊'

And now i am back at square one. This place is just shocking.

At the moment i'm just happy to try and see my own personal case, and this Spencer account who lost an 8k deposit, fixed initially. I have messaged you my details.

The problem with the Telegram accounts is that the group is HEAVILY moderated and they just delete messages and then block people with complaints. That situation is something that needs resolving entirely separately.

Every time i get through to live chat i just get this message:

I then reply with my problem and they NEVER respond again. Just radio silence. This has happened 10 times or more now.

BCPoker has created a situation where you literally cannot communicate with them. They just pretend they are going to talk by saying hello, and then they cut off all contact. It's very strange.

What i find even more strange is that a relatively large face in the crypto gambling world like bc.game is allowing this stuff to happen. This is a full blown nefarious scam operation and they just allow it to play out.

At this point i have zero options but to keep posting here.

I gave them my account details and they simply never responded again. A couple of hours later i asked in the main telegram channel why no one was helping at which point they just removed me from the channel.

Over the course of this process several people pm'd me on Telegram saying they were having the same issues. One guy even told me he knows of >100 accounts that cannot get access. I have no idea if any of this is true of course.

Once i was removed from Telegram i started using the bcpoker live chat, which is actually not a live chat but a messaging service. Once you message they reply after a day or so. Every time they reply they completely ignore the questions i ask and their interaction consists of :

At this point, like any normal person, i detail my issue. Unfortunately it is at this point that they stop responding, so i'm just left chatting with myself. I have been through this live chat process about 5 times with the identical situation occuring every time. Going through this process over and over again with the same results and zero progress whatosever is clearly super frustrating.

There seems to be consistency via every avenue for BCPoker to ask how they can help and then never say anything ever again. Over the last few days i have not got past 'how can i help you' with them. It's very frustrating as you can imagine. There's no excuse for this type of customer service and there's obviously some big issues over there because otherwise they would at least communicate to some degree to tell me whatever the problem is.

Just to update on the communication issues - the contact us button on bcpoker.com now takes you to a non interactable chat box. Previously you could send a message but now that option has been removed as well. So effectively their 'contact us' button does not allow you to contact anything or anyone at all. There are also no further details about how one might communicate with this company, no email or anything. So once you are banned from the Telegram, just for asking why your account is frozen, you are entirely void of any option at all to talk to bcpoker. It's so frustrating not being able to do anything at all about such a big issue.

I want to reiterate to other potential users of this site to absolutely stay away. They are outright stealing peoples money and never ever even talking to the customers to give a reason. Please please do not put your money on bcpoker unless you don't care about losing it.

BCpoker continue to ignore or disrupt any attempt at communication.

Just to reiterate - my account was frozen and i haven't the slightest clue why. The account has >1k$ in it. I was banned from Telegram simply for asking why and they do not reply to me via their live chat system. Essentially all pathways are closed and i'm at a total dead end. Very frustrating.

If you sign up here then do not expect to get your money back.

Posting here in hope that a BCPoker representative can finally open some sort of a dialogue with me. My account was locked 2 months ago and i have tried to message support most days in those 2 months. The problem being that no-one has replied to me yet. 2 months for a reply seems a little long. You can message me here if you would like to open that dialogue.

In the mean time i suggest no one use this platform at all. There are multiple reports of people's account just being locked and then radio silence from BCPoker. Effectively this is a scam site at the moment.

Why do you act so disrespectful to potential customers? If someone asks you a question, you should do your best to answer or at least acknowledge them in some way. You can even pm them and answer if nothing else.

You sir are not doing a great job as a site ambassador.

can someone from BCPoker please confirm for certain... are players from the USA able to play on your poker platform? Every time I have as the chat bot on the webpage, they either don't answer or when they do, simply don't answer the question @BcPoker

I assume that the terms and conditions for poker are exactly the same as for the entire platform. This means that users from the US and any other jurisdictions prohibited by anjouan offshore financial authority cannot use their platform.
It's also worth noting that if you access their site from a prohibited jurisdiction, a pop-up window should appear.

But as bcpoker platform is hosting only poker.. I don't know, that's may depend.. if in the US authorisation/regulation for online poker is the same as for whole online gambling..

Excluding US from many online gambling institutions is not from the will of the gambling institutions but because of the US regulations that are much more strict and exigent !

We started to meet many US players among the tables..

However on BCPOKER they're offering just Poker games and (just on mobile) a few originals provably games ..

But a point of clarification from BCPOKER would be better!
