I am sure you can sort out the bad apples, I mean you have some experience with people like that. And having a helpful memehunter on your side will also be a good thing. Already wondering who (the "culprit") he has in mind though, haha.

You have quoted the wrong person for the answer .
Nevertheless, I can see that on Bitcointalk you are the only one who posted POA and I can see two in telegram. It is up to the @AB de Royse777, how he/she wants to handle it. However, I second this suggestion of only accepting those who have posted POA and it must be verified by 1win.global before the tournament.
I am sure Royse is already aware of these things and working on them.

Yeah a pre authorization would definitely stop the weird registration action we have been seeing today. Unfortunately that's also plenty of work for Royse I think. I mean he has all the campaign stuff going, other ventures and then also this " for fun" tournament, it's hard to get this done quick.
But yeah, checking if these people all have an 1win account would be the easiest way to get this sorted in a fair way. Seeing several registration request within several 1 minute windows surely is strange. Also it's so stupid if you control many account since this is quite obvious. Not the smartest approach!

Either they will be dumping chips or colluding, they should be banned forever. I mean, just look at the participation request timings (marked with red), seriously !!!!

We will notice them on the table Later. But, i have the same problems like the other participants   the starting time on my country is 1AM, if it will be more players it will take longer.
our regular time runs 2 1/2 hours, this will take like 4 hours now sleeepyyy.. zz

I know who is the main culprit here, I will expose him after the tournament and will try my best that he will not be able to cash out even a single penny. You try your best Mr. Cheater, but this time you will not succeed.

Actually, I pointed this out first, hahaha. Anyway, even if it gets obvious while playing, if someone has so many horses it's kinda ruined for the rest of us already, that's quite sad.
About the time, I couldn't agree more cause it's even 1 hour later for me than it is for you. With a big group the min time for the tournament get's longer and the end might be around 5am for me.  First of all one has to reach the end of course, with my luck it won't happen anyways.

Please ask everyone to provide a screenshot of their deposit (showing the date, time, and amount) and bet history (for wagering) before the tournament. This is a must if you are not getting verification done from the casino side before the tournament.
I know you will verify this after the tournament with the casino but by then it will be too late as corrective measures will not help honest players in any sense in this tournament.
Please take this into consideration.

Good idea. This could happen on the telegram channel to make it easier and faster. The only problem is, it could be time consuming for Royse, which of course is not good for him.
But yeah, taking some action before the tournament instead of doing it later definitely is a good idea.

Edit: Now it's 52 players with people still registering like crazy sometimes. Within some small windows there are 4 regs every 20sec, definitely some foul play there. Too bad this has happened. Guess I go back to my first statement and don't play cause this doesn't sound fun anymore. Sorry.

I appeal Royse not to pay anyone who has not met the deposit and wagering criteria within the deadline (before the tournament). You have to set an example here, as it would not be fair for honest players who have done this within the time limit. You cannot register with multiple accounts and then deposit 5$ into the winning account.  

Minimum $5 deposit and $10 wager on 1Win platform before the last 7 days of the game starts Winners will be providing 1Win account ID and Poker Now Display name to receive reward.

Awesome. That's how you do it! Hopefully these clowns give up now and don't attempt to cheat again, it's so annoying! Getting them sorted out so quick took some effort I think, kudos to Royse777 for not letting this slip, great job! Hope you all still had fun with this one! Good idea but it has to coupled with POA for wagering.
One more thing, and it is just a suggestion, since you have taken the corrective measures by disqualifying cheaters, it will be good if you adjust the final rankings as well so that no honest player will get effected.

The spot that should get by a real and legit player will be wasted.

You are absolutely right and I have already conveyed this to Royse multiple times. Final rankings should have been fixed after disqualification.
Having said that I am sure Royse has some things in mind that is why rankings has not been re assigned, may it is from 1win management.

Curious to see how the participation for the 8th round will look like. I hope all these clowns see what they are doing as a lost cause now so they don't bother to enter again (unless they actually qualify the criteria of course).
Maybe I will join this Saturday as well if the number is not too high and I can manage to stay awake. These days I am often up until later so the 2nd thing shouldn't be an issue right now.
