I wouldn't call such place a casino, but an entertainment place/gaming house. you can see a lot of this on google play store, a lot of "casino gambling" app there are for entertainment use only and do not give out real money and from what I know a lot of them are also free to play. as for what I think about them, I think they are fine, I used to play one of those apps(to be specific Zynga poker) and it is a good way to kill time if you have nothing else to do.

You seem to be conflating the word "social" with "virtual money" casino, but it doesn't really work that way. There might be sites out there that call themselves casinos that exclusively operate using worthless virtual game tokens, but they do not have anywhere near the same impact as a real money casino. You might as well be playing solitaire with yourself. When there is real money being won and lost then people are operating on a completely different wavelength. Take a poker game for example, if your credits are free your concept of bluffing is weak because your opponents have nothing to lose, if you did all your training in this type of environment you would get eaten in a real game as the dynamics are very different.
